Manufacturing of Test Nacelle Components
Phoenix Composite Solutions manufactures many styles of test
nacelle components. We have manufactured systems for various
engines, for our customers around the globe. Complete test nacelle
systems typically include a bellmouth, substitute fan reverser,
nozzle and plug, FOD Screen for military customers, and associated
dollies for storage.
Repair, Overhaul, and Installation of Test Nacelle Components
Phoenix Composite Solutions prides itself on quick turn time repairs in
the field and at our facility. Phoenix conducts on site repairs of
bellmouth and slave thrust reverser composite systems worldwide. We
have conducted field repairs in Singapore, Japan, Malaysia, Ireland, and
all over the continental U.S.. A typical on site repair could include the
repair of a composite disbond on a Bellmouth or SFR, an installation, an
annual composite inspection, or seal and heat shield replacement. When
a deep composite repair or overhaul is required, we ship your equipment
to our 100,000 + SQ. FT. facility. Phoenix is a leading designer and
supplier of custom bellmouth and SFR storage systems.

Our Original Equipment Manufacturing department utilizes the bene-
fits of lean manufacturing to achieve the highest levels of productivity
while ensuring superior product quality and on time deliveries. We use
processes like vacuum bagging, autoclave curing, and compression
molding to manufacture products and tooling for many industries
including Aerospace, Ground Power, Medical, Waste Disposal, and
many more.
Quality Process Charts Program tracks any turnbacks that prevent a specific process from moving smoothly. By using the QPC Program, we are able to correct any problems throughout the manufacturing proc-ess which allows us to improve the quality of our parts, the manufac-turing lead time, and the satisfaction of our customers.
