Our clients come in and “shop” (at no cost, of course) for the perfect toys for their children. Our clients then wrap their children’s gifts, write their own card and present the gifts to their children on Christmas visita- tion day. This helps in restoring broken relationships. When client’s come to our program at Christmas time, it is so hard for them to be away from their families, and the concern of not being able to work to buy their children gifts is a very real burden for them. Once they hear about our Children of Hope Tree, their concerns go away, and they are able to focus on getting the help they need and finishing their program here. It really is a win-win for everyone. YOUR sponsorship does that. Please help. And if you can’t contribute, please help us spread the word. You may ask, “How can I participate?” You can purchase a $50 gift card from WAL-MART or if you would prefer sending a $50 check or cash, you may do that as well to the address below. MISSION OF HOPE
A PRAYER FOR CHRISTMAS MORNING
From A Treasury of Christmas Stories
The day of joy returns, Father in
Heaven, and crowns another year
with peace and good will.
Help us rightly to remember the birth of Jesus,
that we may share in the song of the angels, the
gladness of the shepherds, and the worship of
the wise men.
Close the doors of hate and open the doors of
love all over the world.
Let kindness come with every gift and good
desires with every greeting.
Deliver us from evil by the blessing that Christ
brings, and teach us to be joyful with clean and
holy hearts abounding in love for you.
May the Christmas morning make us happy to
be children of God, and the Christmas evening
bring us to our bed with grateful thoughts,
forgiving and forgiven, for Jesus’ sake. Amen.

clients then wrap their children’s gifts, write their own card
and present the gifts to their children on Christmas visita-
tion day. This helps in restoring broken relationships.

Our wonderful choir

Lord and Savior as
the students at Faith
Academy join in and
are moved to
worship.

What a great time we had at Faith Academy in Mobile
on Wednesday, October 23! The school invited all 3 of
our campuses to come and be the guests at a chapel ser-
vice. Our choir led the worship and we had testimonies
from both the men’s and women’s campus. Brother Jim
Jordan shared a Word with everyone. God really moved
in the hearts of these young men and women as 20 peo-
ple walked down to accept Jesus as their Lord and Sav-
ior. There was plenty of prayer being poured out as the
Spirit moved. What a blessing this morning was!!!
Glory to God!!!
We are currently working on much needed
updates and repair of our Taylor House in Mt.
Vernon. The Lord blessed us with this home
in 2009. It’s a beautiful 9,000 sq ft, 3 story
home with 22 beds for women who are in
need of help. The project includes new bed-
ding, paint supplies, flooring, ceiling fans,
resurfacing hardwood floors, kitchen cabi-
nets, mirrors and blinds. The cost estimation
is around $15,000. We have already raised $3,350 and have been blessed with an
anonymous donor who is willing to match dollar for dollar up to $7,500. We are
almost half way there, praise God!! Would you please pray about partnering with us
and helping us to meet this goal? We want to be good stewards over this house God
has given to us and see it hold up and stay beautiful as more and more women make
it their home while learning about who Jesus is. Contact Stephanie Hepburn at
