PREFACE
The Present report is based on my industrial training in
ENEERCON INDIA LTD at Mumbai. The summer training is to
acquaint the study with real life situation of the organization. It
gives an opportunity to utilize and integrate the theoretical
knowledge acquired in the classroom with the practical experience
acquired from the organization. This training is completed in the
partial fullment of the requirement after completion of P!"#$II
semester.
The most valuable and di%cult aspect of any organization is
recruiting the people and maintaining their data .The e&ective
recruitment system helps the organization in increasing the
valuable and productive manpower and which further helps in the
development of the organization.

E/ECUTI0E SUMMAR1
This pro0ect is an outcome of days spends at 5nercon +India-. The pro0ect
is about the study on the #I) system of 5nercon +India- limited. (asically
my pro0ect deals with the #I) of a specic process which is
D*5*>IT#54T P*35))E. The recruitment process is all about hiring the
people for lling the vacant seat in the organization. There are di&erent
stages in this process which are followed during the recruitment of any
candidate and to store the relevant information at each stage there come
the need of developing #I). )o my pro0ect is about studying the current
#I) and to come up with an e%cient #I) for storing the comprehensive
information of the recruitment process.
To start this pro0ect my rst aim was to understand the recruitment
process of the company and the #I) used by them for the process. I found
that the stage where the organization was using the #I) was forC
*ecruitment status Interview schedule =oining status
*eimbursement status
The current #I) of the organization is prepared for the di&erent stages
and I found that there were some deviations in the current #I) which was
reducing its e%ciency. 3n one hand the #I) that is been maintained by
the organization was good enough to store all the relevant information at
every stage but on the other hand it was prepared for the di&erent
departments separately and is maintained by two people which makes is

di%cult to update. 3ne more loophole that I found in the #I) was that the
analysis of the data was very time consuming.
/s per me the organization needs to maintain a #I) which is easy to
update and should be operated by any one person. It should have the
complete information or we can say they need to have a master #I) so
that it becomes easy to analyze the data and the required information can
be deduced without taking much time. The #I) should be easy to
comprehend so that we can come up with some e&ective ideas regarding
the improvement of the process.
There are some suggestions for correcting these deviations and a master
#I) which is been prepared for e&ective analysis of the whole recruitment
process. The suggestions given by me are to reduce the number of #I)
maintained by the organization so that it becomes easy to maintain and
analyze. 3nly two #I) should be maintained one which has all the
information regarding the status of #P* i.e. number of candidate applied
shortlisted selected and reimbursement status and other for the
interview and 0oining status. The rst #I) will give the whole information
regarding the recruitment process and it will help in making 0udgment.
/nd the other will give the complete information regarding the candidate
who appeared for the interview and those who got selected.
I feel that these suggestions will be useful and e&ective and the #I)
prepared will help to store the comprehensive information and will also
