of Dr. S. K. Malhotra, Agriculture Commissioner & Chairman, Registration Committee

RC deliberated the minutes of 421th RC meeting and confirm the minutes with some
modifications:
1. Agenda item no. 2.2 :- may be read as “The RC advised applicant to submit a

3. As per agenda item no 9.28 of the 418 RC minutes of meeting the Endorsement of
change of name and address of source of import of Pyroxasulfone Technical 95%
w/w min to be used in formulation of Pyroxasulfone 85% WG of M/s P I
Industries Ltd was approved, which may be corrected as Pyroxasulfone Technical
98.2% w/w min in place Pyroxasulfone Technical 95%min.
4. The RC recalled its decision taken in its 420 RC meeting (vide agenda item no 4.1
Sr no 87, 88 and 89 at annexure 4.1.1). RC therefore desires that the applicant
may be called for presentation in its next meeting and till then the CR is issued
shall be kept in abeyance as certain issues need to be adequately addressed.
2.0 Presentation
2.1 Presentation by M/s PI Industries Ltd., for grant of registration of Polyoxin D Zine
salt 5% w/w SC under section 9(3).
The presentation was made by a representative of M/s PI Industries.
• Polyoxin D Zinc Salt is a globally acclaimed bio chemical pesticide. It is derived
from fermentation process by using natural microbes.
• The product is safe to environment and thus exempted from MRL.
• Clarified that Znso4 is used for stabilization purpose.
• It was also appraised that scrutiny is compete from bio efficacy, chemistry and
packaging.
• Examination by toxicologist may be done early so that such green chemistries
and new molecules are considered at priority.
RC directed the Secretariat to bring complete agenda in RC meeting after complete
examination .
2.2 Presentation by M/s Lanxess India Pvt. Ltd., for grant of import permit of Biocidal
product (Biocheck 8064-P-SB).
Presentation was made by M/s Lanxess India Pvt. Ltd., for grant of import permit of
Biocidal product (Biocheck 8064-P-S. This biocide claimed to be applied in plastic
commodities. RC is the opinion that presently biocide permits are issued with the
condition that the product will be supplied to the paint industry and are subject to the
outcome of the LPA No. 325/2019.
2.3 Presentation by M/s Asian Paints Ltd., for expedite the approval of Deltamethrin 1%
RTU (insect control paint).
M/s Asian Paints Ltd., made a presentation.
• RC in its 402nd meeting approved change of the lead with zircomium + calcium drier in
the chemical composition subject to sample for testing at CIL along with test methods,
specification and accelerated shelf life study.
• It was appraised that on 26.6.2019 applicant submitted sample for testing purpose to CIL.
The sample was lost by CIL and on 26 June 2020, samples were resubmitted to CIL with
complete set of documents.
• RC took a serious view on negligence on handling of samples for testing at CIL. It was
also appraised that CIL report is ready and satisfactory and directed to present the
complete case in next RC for consideration without any delay.
2.4 Presentation by M/s NHRDF, Nashik for grant of approval of SNPV.

The presentation was made by a representative of M/s NHRDF, Nashik. RC deliberated
the matter and directed the concerned experts (toxicology) that the case should be
completed on top priority and bring the complete agenda to the next RC meeting.
3.0 Government Business
3.1 Checklist for 9(4) TIM and 9(3b), 9(3) Bio-pesticides from toxicity angle
With reference to the agenda item no. 3.2 of 420th RC, the agenda was placed RC
deliberated the agenda and approved the toxicity check list for undertaking preliminary
scrutiny of these categories and directed the Sectt. Of CIB&RC for uploading it on the
website.
4.0 Export Cases
4.1 Committee deliberated the agenda and approved the case as per Annexure 4.1.1, 4.1.2,
4.1.3 & 4.1.4, 4.1.5 and 4.1.6. RC further reiterated that the application of import for
export category shall be subject to the decision taken by the committee in its 356th
meeting and directed concerned experts to strictly follow Gazette Notification SO 3951
(E) dated 08.08.2018 published on 09.08.2018 of Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers
Welfare while issuing approvals.
5.0 9(3B) Cases
5.1 Consideration of application of M/s Apex Bio Sciences for grant of registration for
indigenous manufacture of biopesticide Bacillus subtilis 1.5% AS u/s 9(3b). RC deliberated the agenda and rejected the case as applicant applied for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of biopesticide Bacillus subtilis 1.5% AS u/s
9(3b)which has been discontinued as per 413th RC vide agenda no. 3.2.
5.2 Consideration of application of M/s Agriya Agro Tech, for grant of registration for
indigenous manufacture of biopesticide Bacillus subtilis 1.5% AS u/s 9(3b). RC deliberated the agenda and approved the case as applicant had applied for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of biopesticide Bacillus subtilis 1.5% AS u/s
9(3b) on 30.5.2019 which is before 413th RC decision vide agenda no. 3.2 for
discontinuation of registration u/s 9(3b).
5.3 Consideration of application of M/s Khandelwal Bio Fertilizer for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of biopesticide Pseudomonas fluorescens
1.0% WP u/s 9(3b). RC deliberated the agenda and rejected the case as the test report for molecular
identification of microbial culture and DNA sequencing of the strain from ICAR –
NBAIM found for the species Pseudomonas fragi.
6.0 9(3) CASES
9(3) Chemicals
6.1 Consideration of an application of M/s ADAMA India Ltd., for grant of registration
for formulation import of Flurochloridone 18.3% w/w CS (Without registering
Technical) under section 9(3). The Committee deliberated the agenda in detail and noted that the pesticide is repro-toxic
and foeto-toxic and recently been reclassified in category 1 B (it was earlier in category
3) in EU. The data on some of the parameters has not been submitted which are required.
Further, both technical and formulation are skin sensitizer. The pesticide is very old and
its approval in EU is expiring on 31.05.2021. A number of data gaps have been identified
by EU. The RC deliberated the agenda and did not approve due to residue at harvest time
in sunflower seed, oil and carrot root at claimed dose observed at some locations.

6.2 Consideration of an application of M/s ADAMA India Pvt. Ltd., for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of Prochloraz 23.5% + Tricyclazole 20% SE
under section 9(3). RC deliberated the agenda in detail and observed that residue Prochloraz + Tricyclazole
are present in paddy grain, husk and straw at the time of harvest. Therefore, RC did not
approve the application.
6.3 Consideration of an application of M/s Syngenta India Ltd., grant of registration
for import of Bensfulfuron methyl Technical 97% min. under section 9(3). The RC deliberated the agenda and directed to bring for complete agenda of its
formulation combination and other technical for deliberation in next RC.
6.4 Consideration of an application of M/s BASF India Ltd., for grant of registration for
Technical Import of Saflufenacil Technical 94.5% w/w min. applied under section
9(3). The RC deliberated the agenda and differed for complete agenda of its formulation and
technical agenda for deliberation in next RC. 9(3) Bio-pesticides
6.5 Consideration of application of M/s Mukti Organic Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd., for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of bio-pesticide Trichoderma viride 1.0%
WP under section 9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and approved the case.
6.6 Consideration of application of M/s Greenvention Biotech Pvt. Ltd., for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of bio-pesticide Trichoderma viride 1.5%
WP under section 9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and approved the case.
6.7 Consideration of application of M/s Probitek Biotech for grant of registration for
indigenous manufacture of bio-pesticide Trichoderma viride 1.5% WP under section
9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and approved the case.
6.8 Consideration of application of M/s Akash Laboratories for grant of registration for
indigenous manufacture of bio-pesticide Trichoderma viride 1.5% WP under section
9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and approved the case.

20.0% w/w SG under section 9(3)for the control of pests in Rice (Brown Plant Hopper)
and Cotton (White fly, Jassids, Aphids and Thrips).
6.19 Consideration of an application of M/s Pest Control (India) Pvt. Ltd., for grant of
registration for indigenous formulation of Imidacloprid 0.03% w/w Gel under section
9(3) (FIM vs FIT). Committee deliberated the agenda and approved for grant of registration of Imidacloprid
0.03% Gel under section 9(3) for the control of household pests Pharaoh ant
(Monomorium pharaonis), Small black ant (Monomorium indicum), Crazy ant
(Paratrechina longicomis), Ghost ant (Tapinoma melanocephalum).
6.20 Consideration of an application of M/s E. I. DuPont India Pvt. Ltd., for grant of
registration for Technical import of Copper hydroxide technical 87.6% w/w min.
under section 9(3).

6.21 Consideration of an application of M/s Gowan India Pvt. Ltd., for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of Fenazaquin 18.3% SC (200 SC) under
section 9(3). Committee deliberated the agenda and approved for grant registration for indigenous
manufacturing of formulation of Fenazaquin 18.3% SC (200 SC) under section 9(3)for
the control of pest in Brinjal (Red Spider Mite – Tetranychus urticae). Incorporate a
cautionary statement “The product is very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects
(warning hazardous to the aquatic environment, long term hazard). 9(3) Bio-pesticides
6.22 Consideration of application of M/s Mahagrapes for grant of registration for
indigenous manufacturing of biopesticides of Beauveria bassian 1.15% WP,
viride 1.5% WP, Verticillium lecannii 1.15% WP under section 9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and instructed Secretariat, CIB & RC to direct the applicant to
get samples of all biopesticides applied for registration to be tested for all parameters as
per BIS specifications at College of Agriculture, Pune and submit complete Analytical
Test Reports to Secretariat, CIB & RC at the earliest.
6.23 Consideration of application of M/s Makam Agrochem P. Ltd., for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacturing of biopesticides Trichoderma viride 1.5%
WP under section 9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and approved the case.
6.24 Consideration of application for grant of registration for indigenous biopesticides
manufacturing of Bacillus thuringiensis var israelensis 5.0% AS (Serotype VCRC-
B-17, Serotype H-14) under section 9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and directed Secretariat, CIB & RC to arrange meeting with
Scientist(s), ICMR- Vector Control Research Centre, Puducherry to discuss issues related
to analysis/determination of potency test of Bacillus thuringiensis var. israelensis 5.0%
AS.
6.25 Consideration of application of M/s Agriya Agro Tech., for grant of registration for
indigenous manufacture of biopesticides Trichoderma viride 1.0% WP under section
9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and instructed concerned experts to bring updated case with all
facts in the next RC.
6.26 Consideration of application of M/s Jai Reesearch and Biotech Research Pvt. Ltd.,
for grant of registration for indigenous manufacturing of biopesticides of
1.15% WP, Bcillus subtilis 1.5% ASunder section 9(3). The concerned expert informed that inadvertently the case mention in the agenda as 9(3b)
whereas the same is a 9(3) application. RC deliberated the agenda and approved.
6.27 Consideration of application of M/s Akash Laboratories for grant of registration for
indigenous manufacture of biopesticides Pseudomonas fluorescens 1% WP under
section 9(3). RC deliberated the agenda and rejected the case as the test report for molecular
identification of microbial culture and DNA sequencing of the strain from ICAR –

in it.

10.1 Inclusion of additional information to be sought from the applicant under “Know
your Company” title in addition to the information being furnished by the Applicant
viz. Form-I/Checklist/Guidelines while applying for the grant of registration of
indigenous manufacture of Technical/Formulation. RC perused the agenda and observed that the issues involved are important and therefore,
the RC decided that a sub-committee may be constituted under the chairmanship of Plant
Protection Advisor. The members whereof shall be nominated by the PPA.
10.2 Glyphostate 41% SL label claim under section 9(4).
The RC deliberated the agenda and withdrawn the label claim of Glyphosate 41% SL on
Rice crop u/s 9(3)/9(4).
10.3 List of files hard copy to be put up before RC for closing.
Committee deliberated the agenda and directed the concerned expert to examine the
matter and bring status of all these files in the next RC.
10.4 Representation received from M/s Krishi Rasayan Export Pvt. Ltd., for extension of
time for submission of residue data generation on Grapes till March-April, 2021 RC deliberated the agenda and agreed for extension of time for submission of residue data
generation on Grapes. The application will be treated as closed and can be revived as and
when requisite data is submitted.
10.5 Request received from M/s Dow AgroSceinces India Pvt. Ltd., for revival of their file
(F. No. 4790-FI/9(3)/2014) for the product of Fluroxypyr meptyl 48% EC. RC perused the request of the applicant and in terms of the justification submitted RC
decide to approve the request for revival of the above file.
10.6 M/s Rallis India Ltd., has applied for the registration of Fenoxanil 5% +
Isoprothiolane 30% EC for indigenous manufacture under section 9(3). The committee noted that the application of Fenoxanil technical has been closed, hence
decided to close the formulation application also. The applications can be revived as and
when requisite data is submitted in technical file.
10.7 Status of file (F. No. 2469-TIM/9(3b)/2015) packaging deficiency was issued to the
applicant M/s Raj Petro Spacialities Pvt. Ltd., in June, 2016 and deficiency reply has
not been received so far even after lapse of four years period. RC agreed for the request of Sectt. of CIB&RC for closure the application.
10.8 Representation received for revival of online label expansion/Endorsement files

the certificate for deletion of crops within the prescribed period which is now to be
revived after the fixation of MRL by the FSSAI for which the formal request for fixing
the MRL from the applicant is received. RC further decided to call the applicant for

10.11 Request for approval of protocol for microbe’s studies (Paddy & Soybean).
The RC deliberated the agenda in detail and observed that the applicant/registrant has
submitted the protocol on the subject after a long gap of 05 years after the issuance of
certificate. The RC decided that the firm should submit justification for not submitting
the protocols within the prescribed period. RC further decided to call the applicant for
presentation in the next RC.
10.12 Request of M/s Novozymes south Asia Pvt. Ltd., for registration of Bacillus subtilis
13%^ WP. RC decided to close the application in view of the decision taken as per agenda item no.
3.2 of the 409 RC.
10.13 Online application of M/s Institute of Plant Biotechnology bearing F. No. 2667-
B/F/9(3b)/2017 was received in CIB&RC on 15.12.2017. RC deliberated the agenda and observed that the above product of the applicant had
already been approved by the RC in its 397th meeting. RC further observed that due to
certain technical and administrative reasons the CR for the above product could not be
issued. RC further record its decision taken in its 413th RC vide agenda item no. 3.2. RC
discussed the above facts and is of the view that since the application of the applicant had
already been approved u/s 9(3b) vide its 397th meeting and further any subsequent
decision shall be applicable prospectively unless stated otherwise. Therefore, the RC
decided to confirm its decision taken in its 397th meeting and accordingly, the CR may be
issued u/s 9(3b).
10.14 Follow up action of inspection conducted by Central Insecticides Inspector (CII) in
the permission of M/s Rhythm Chemical Pvt. Ltd., and M/s GSP Crop Science Pvt.
Ltd., and illegal manufacturing of Pymetrozine Technical grade insecticide in
violations of the Insecticides Act, 1968 and Rules 1971 – TLC Report. The RC deliberated the agenda in detail and observed that Show Cause Notices have been
issued against both the firms for alleged illegal manufacturing activities in violations of
the provisions of the insecticides Act 1968 and Rules 1971, besides other relevant laws.
The RC decided that the reply of the Show cause Notices be placed before the RC for
taking further stringent action against the holder of the certificate of registration for the
product. including violations of the conditions of Certificate of Registration.
10.15 Request received for closure of the application from M/s Crystal Crop Protection
Ltd. RC deliberated the agenda and agreed to close the applications (4186-F/9(3)/2013 and
9332-F/9(3)/2018).
10.16 Harmonization of existing toxicological guidelines/protocols for registration of bio-
pesticides in India. The presentation was made by the Chairman of the Subcommittee and the efforts of
chairman and members of the subcommittee for drafting guidelines and protocols of
biopesticides were appreciated by the RC. After the deliberations, RC approved the
guidelines/protocols and instructed the Sectt. of CIB&RC that same may be uploaded on
the website for a period of 30 days for comments from all the stakeholders and
consolidated comments may put up to the RC.
10.17 Follow up action of surprise inspections conducted by Central Insecticide Inspectors
during August, 2020, as per the provisions of the Insecticides Act, 1968 – Report of
Techno Legal Cell.

direct control of PPA and therefore, RC decided that PPA may be requested to constitute

10.23 Follow up action on Agenda item No. 8.8 of 412th and 10.49 of 413th meeting of RC
regarding Consent letter (Affidavit) for the supply of technical grade material and
subsequently compiling a list of authorized persons authorized by various
companies. RC noted the updated list for the supply of technical grade material and subsequently
compiling a list of authorized persons intimated by various companies.
10.24 Submission of Certified Reference Material (CRM) along with sample to be
submitted in CIL for the analysis of PRV samples under section 9(3). RC deliberated the issue and also noted its decision taken in the 418th meeting. RC
decided that the applicants are required to submit sealed Certified Reference Material
(CRM) along with Certificate of Analysis (COA) (ISO Guide 34 compliance) for the
molecules which are already registered for the use in the country. For the molecules,
which have been applied for registration for the first time in the country, Technical
Reference Material (with certificate of analysis) may be acceptable if CRM is not
available.
10.25 Documents to be submitted in CIL for the analysis of PRV samples under section
9(3). RC deliberated the issue and also noted its decision taken in the 418th meeting. RC
directed that applicants are required to submit the PRV samples under 9(3) TIM vs TI ,
TI vs TIM, TIM vs FI, FIM vs FI etc., The Sectt. of CIB&RC after examination will
intimate to the applicant for drawl / submission of sample to CIL along with forwarding
all requisite documents such as Chemical Equivalence Letter etc. After intimation from
Sectt. of CIB&RC, applicant is required to proceed for drawl of the sample/submission of
the sample to CIL along with check list.

RC further noted that Biopesticide PRV sample are being submitted by applicant to CIL
without submitting application to CIB&RC for registration of the product. RC viewed it
very seriously as analysis of sample is part of registration process and applicants are
required to apply for registration along with the sample submission to CIL. RC directed
that all the sample submissions should be simultaneously accompanied with submission
of registration application to CIB&RC.
10.26 Consideration of verify old (326-399 RC) approved FIM cases u/s 9(4) of the
Insecticides Act, 1968, for closure, for which certificate of registration not yet issued. The committee deliberated the issue and decided to close all these cases as per Annexure
10.26.1.
10.27 Follow up action on agenda item no. 10.16 of 421st meeting of RC held on 21.08.2020
w.r.t. the withdrawal of certificates for manufacturing of pesticides issued u/s 9(4) of
the Insecticides Act, 1968 to M/s Pioneer Pesticides Pvt. Ltd. RC noted the progress made in the matter and directed to cancel these Certificates of
registrations under intimation to the concerned State Government.
10.28 Consideration of the orders of the Hon’ble Appellate Authority dated 29.09.2020
and 30.09.2020 passed in appeal no. 14, 13 and 11 of 2020 filed by M/s Crystal Crop
Protection Ltd. RC noted the decision of the Appellate Authority for compliance by Secretariat.
10.29 Consideration of the order dated 26.08.2020 of the Hon’ble High Court of Gujarat,
Ahmedabad in special civil application no. 10804 of 2019 M/s Rainbow Agro
Sciences Pvt. Ltd., vs Union of India and others. RC noted the decision of the Hon’ble High Court for compliance by Secretariat
10.30 Consideration of application for import permits and indigenous manufacturing of
Biocide and other chemicals for non-insecticidal use. a) RC deliberated the agenda and approved as per Annexure – 10.30.1
b) M/s Sanjay Chemical India Pvt. Ltd. has requested for enhancement of import
permit from 500 MT to 877 MT. RC perused the request of applicant and RC
observed that the applicant has applied for 2000MT for importing Sodium
Cyanide, however the applicant has been granted an import permit for 500 MT.
RC further observed that applicant has imported Sodium Cyanide to the tune of
877 MT. RC also observed that the applicant has further been granted balance
quantity of product to the tune of 1500 MT. RC is of the view that applicant may
be granted an opportunity to present their case in the next meeting of the RC
before formimg an appropriate view. RC advised for calling applicant for

purpose at par with CIL. RC deliberated the agenda and prima facie observed that CIL established u/s 16 of
Insecticides Act, 1968 is supreme Institution under law for the purpose of analysis of all
categories of all insecticides including biopesticides and it’s results thereof, shall be
conclusive. RC further observed that in terms of the notification vide GSR 756 (E) dated
15.12.2006, certain Institutions have been authorized to act as CIL for the purpose of
testing of biopesticides. RC also observed that the testing of the products repeatedly at the
notified Institutions and again at CIL, Faridabad is the requirement of guidelines. RC
decided that complete chronology of the testing parameters at notified Institutions as well

as CIL, Faridabad may be bought to RC.
10.53 Correction in the certificate of registration of M/s Crystal Crop Protection Ltd.,
(CIR-2036/2017 (317/372) –Abamectin (EC) – 08). Committee deliberated the agenda and approved.
10.54 Correction in agenda item no. 9.2 of minutes of 411th meeting for the application of
label expansion Fipronil 40% + Imidacloprid 40% WG. Committee deliberated the agenda and approved
10.55 Follow up action of agenda item no. 10.17 & 10.23 of 421st meeting of RC held on
21.08.2020, regarding submission of fake/forged consent letter of the supplier of
technical grade pesticides for 9(4) FIM application. RC noted the progress made in the matter so far and further directed to bring the facts
after getting the replies from the applicants and/or technical consent provider, to the RC.
10.56 Consideration of application of M/s ATGC Biotech Pvt. Ltd., for grant of
registration for indigenous manufacture of Gossyplure (SCLP PBW) Technical u/s
9(3). RC deliberated and approved the case with provisional shelf life of one year.
10.57 Status of all pending hard copy applications under different category.
Status of hard copy files in various categories received was presented before the RC. The
Committee directed all concerned experts to take all out attempts to reduce the pendency.

11.1 Correction in the company name in 25 Certificates of Registration of M/s Crop
Growth (India) Pvt. Ltd.,
Committee deliberated the agenda and approved the change of company name in 25
Certificates of Registration from M/s Crop Growth (India) Pvt. Ltd., to M/s Crop Growth
(India) Pvt. Ltd.,
11.2 Minutes of the meeting held under the chairmanship of Sh Atish Chandra, Joint
Secretary (Plant Protection) to discuss issues related to amendment in the
Insecticides Rules 1971 regarding Label and Leaflet dated 28.08.2020 at 11.A.M in
reference to W.P (c) No. 4136/2020 and W.P (c) No. 4137/2020.
RC deliberated the issues raised in the meeting and agrees to the clarifications provided
by the Central Government in toto as per details given at Annexure 11.2.1
11.3 Implementation of New Gazette Notifications for label and leaflet (GSR 782(E)
dated 14.10.2019 and GSR 355 (E) dated 04.06.2020).
RC observed that the last date for submission of application for revised label leaflet as per
the GSR 782(E) dated 14.10.2019 and GSR 355(E) dated 04. 06.2020 is over. The experts
are finalizing the Label and leaflets contents, received from the registrants applied online
as per the priority decided by the RC in its 417th Meeting vide agenda item no. 3.1, along
with the regular work of the Secretariat of CIB&RC, finalization of the 9(3) label/leaflets
is likely to take some time. The 9(4) applicants, whose cases have been approved by the
RC but certificate of registration could not be issued due to the non-finalization of 9(3)
revised label/leaflets, are likely to suffer till such time. In order to avoid hardship to these
applicants and ensuring availability of pesticides at competitive price to the farmers.
Therefore, it was considered justifiable that the Certificate of Registration of 9(4)
applications, approved by the RC may be issued by Sectt. of CIB&RC, in respect of all
those cases for which valid application of insecticides as per above Gazette Notification
had been received in the Sectt. of CIB&RC), with the following conditions: -
“(i) The registrant is required to use the label and leaflets as per GSR 355(E) dated
04.06.2020 and applicable Insecticides Rules.
(ii) The issuance of the Certificate of Registration is strictly subject to the outcome
of the W.P (C) No. 4136/2020 and W.P. (C) No. 4137/2020.”

11.4 RC direction to the experts for immediate compliance
RC directed all Experts that agenda from each discipline should accompany all relevant
facts and details in a manner as it required to be, and last para of each agenda should have
complete summary of the case along with recommendation of the concerned experts in a
very clear and obvious manner and also observation whether the case is complete/
incomplete as per requirements of the applicable guidelines/protocols etc.
11.5 Request from Pesticides Manufacturers & Formulators Association of India
(PMFAI) issue public notice to confirm CIB&RC as authority as Indian Authority
Controlling Registration/Regulatory Affairs concerning pesticides used in
agriculture and public health to facilitate exports.
RC deliberated the issue and directed the concerned legal expert to examine the matter
and put up in the next RC for deliberation and appropriate decision.
