A new survey to be sent to school faculty/teachers, to get their feedback about FETE and how it can be improved. Ash to initiate it.
OSHC Report: Leanne Davey
OSHC Committee News – Informed P&C committee about Ash being elected the President. Debt Recovery – The OSHC Committee has discussed a method for Debt Recovery. This will be introduced once templates for letters have been established. i-Pads – We have bought and are now using 3 new i-pads which has cut our sign-in time during After School Care by more than half. This allows us to track children quicker, afternoon tea to be served sooner and play time to commence earlier. This has resulted in smoother transitions for the children. Authorised Signatories - This needs to be actioned. XERO training - Ash is coordinating the date/time for this training. Katie, Cathie to be included apart from Leanne, Jonathan and Ash. OSHC Building – Ash requested David Laws to get the required 2 to 3 quote by June end, so that comparison could be done. Leanne to connect with Wayne and ask him about digging (the bark)

Tuckshop Committee Report: Laura Wessling-Smith
AGM was held Thursday 26 May, executive remains the same as last year - being re-elected unanimously:
o Laura Wessling-Smith (President)
o Toni Harrison (Treasurer)
o Alan Duffield (Secretary)
o General members: Karen Parkinson, Vic Daly, Trina Partridge, Wendy Varidel and Shannon Down
o AGM Convenor was Cathie Perkins
A general meeting was held immediately after the AGM
Key decisions taken were:
o To phase out paper bag ordering this year and have online ordering only from 2017. This enables the tuckshop to run more efficiently,
freeing up volunteer time for more in house food preparation and other possibilities we are currently exploring. It also removes a lot of
cash handling which is a good thing both from a parent and tuckshop perspective.
o Remove twice as nices from the tuckshop from next semester for various reasons, they create a large amount of litter in the grounds, they
are nutritionally void, they create social issues with sharing and over consumption.
o Continue purchasing seating/tables for the eating area under the year 3 buildings this year. Amount to be determined on finalisation of
budget.
o Budget at this stage still in process due to last year’s figures (although audited) being incorrect and adjustments needing to be made. When all adjustments are finalised we will have an accurate figure to draft our budget from, and anticipate sums available for expansion of eating area.
Suggestion to have a coffee van on a trial basis.

Sherwood Sharks Report: Elke Hughes Outstanding Accounts 2 outstanding accounts:
Term Amount
4, 2015 $180.00
1, 2016 $180.00
Credit Card Mix-Ups We had an issue back in November 2015 where we took credit card payments totalling $3,940.00. We had initially thought that these payments had not
been processed by the bank, and many people had paid again. After further investigation, we found that this money had been deposited in to the main
P&C account. The people that had then paid twice have been contacted and refunds arranged. We are still holding $1,205.00 in anticipated refunds.
