    Potrebno:

    - 1 pilee belo meso- 1 vea argarepa- 1 glavica crnog luka- 2-3 ena belog luka- 250 g pirina- celer- list peruna- biber- zain

    Piletinu kuvati 15 minuta. Dok se piletina kuva, na malo ulja propriti crni luk zatim dodati iseenu argarepu i beli luk. Dodatipirina i piletinu iseenu na veliinu zalogaja. Naliti vodom u kojoj se kuvala piletina toliko da sve bud u njoj. Dodati iseckanceler, perun i zainiti. Promeati i sipati u odgovarajui sud. Zapei na 200 C.
