What are you hearing from pastors?
What we have been doing is not working. For many of our congregations, if they
closed after service this Sunday, it would make little, if any, difference in the community.
However, there is still resistance to change.
What are you hearing from pastors?
For the things that matter most: Resource Us Measure Us Holds us accountable
From others: “Get off my back!”

20% per year- Maximum amount of
change humans can tolerate without “pushback.”
To Future Leaders . . . Think strongly about forming
interdependent teams for ministry. (Pastor/leader is the “first among equals”.)
Your first consideration should be church planting . . . the most effective way to reach those unchurched.
We desperately need some different kinds of churches.
Life – most of it is ahead of you. Passion Commitment Heart for God Ideas Understanding
The church must make room for you around the decision table!

1x100 > 100x90--God can get more done
through one person who is 100% committed than 100 people who are only 90% committed.
