Service description:
It is a service that gives the subscriber the ability to control the following additional
services (Auto transfer service – number shortcuts – calls hold – international call
block – triple call – incoming calls transfer – alarm and wakeup – call detectors).
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Copy of deed of release.
Procedures:
1. Coming to the telephone section of the subscripors number
(customer services).
2. Submitting the required documents.
3. Payment of fees.
4. Installing services to subscriber's number.
Fees:
1- 15KD installation fees.
2- 10KD annual subscription.

Reinstate Pager Service
Service description:
It is a service to whom wishes to reinstate pager service to telephone line.
Required documents:
1. Copy of civil ID.
2. Copy of deed of release.
3. Presence of concerned person.
Procedures:
1. Coming to the telephone section of the subscriber number
(customer services).
2. Submitting the required documents.
3. Payment of fees.
Fees:
First: houses and flats:
- Kuwaiti: 15 KD
- Non_Kuwaiti: 500 KD cash guaranty.
Second: shops and commercial companies:
- 1000 cash or bank guaranty.

Reinstall Accurately Suspended Telephone Line Service
Service description:
This service is provided after a telephone line is suspended due to
accretion of unpaid fees that exceed 60 days from the date of suspiration
so it is re-instated often the due fees payment.
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Copy of deed of release.
3- Copy of commercial signature ratification license for stones.
4- Copy of lease contract for flats and commercial stores and civil ID
number for the commercial stones.
Procedures:
1- Go to telephone section of the subscriber.
2- Submitting the required documents.
3- Fill new install form.
4- Pay fees.
5- Book a date for installation and installation division by inspection
form.
Fees:
First: houses and flats:
- Kuwaiti:
1- Stamp 5KD
2- Installation 30KD
3- Annual subscription 3KD
- Non_Kuwaiti:
1- Stamp 5KD
2- Installation 30KD
3- Annual subscription 30KD
4- International call insurance 500KD
Second: shops and commercial companies:
Kuwaiti: 145 KD
Non_Kuwaiti:
1- Without pager 145 KD

Reinstall Accurately Suspended Telephone Line Service
Service description:
This service provided to the subscriber who requests an additional new
telephone line where there is no technical capacity in the cable to add.
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Deed of release.
Procedures:
1- Submitting the required documents.
2- Reference to cable Denison in case an additional line exists.
3- Reference to telephone network administration line in case there is no
telephone line and to pay cable fees 150 KD.
Fees:
1- 60 KD.
2- Stamp 5KD.

Subscribes services sector and telecommunication sector (telephone
network administration).

Telephone section of the subscriber.
New Telephone Line Installation Service
Service description:
This service is provided to houses and flats to all areas in Kuwait and any
citizen or resident.
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Copy of deed of release.
3- Copy of commercial signature ratification license for stones.
4- Copy of lease contract for flats and commercial stores and civil ID
number for the commercial stones.
Procedures:
1- Go to telephone section of the subscriber.
2- Submitting the required documents.
Fees:
First: houses and flats:
- Kuwaiti:
1- Stamp 5KD
2- Installation 30KD
3- Annual subscription 3KD
- Non_Kuwaiti:
1- Stamp 5KD
2- Installation 30KD
3- Annual subscription 30KD

Change Subscribers Name Service
Service description:
It is service to those who want to change the name of the service
subscriber to another upon the request of both parties and the new
subscriber is the one responsible for the telephone line after completing
the procedures.
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Copy of deed of release.
3- Signature of both parties on the subscribers name change.
4- Residence certification for the house (or house own by subscriber).
Procedures:
1- Go to telephone section of the subscriber.
2- Submitting the required documents.
3- Pay fees.
4- Change subscribers name.
Fees:
First: houses and flats:
- Kuwaiti and Non-Kuwaiti
1- 30 KD for ( changing the name)
2- 5 KD for stamp.
Subscription deference
Second: shops and commercial companies:
- Kuwaiti and Non-Kuwaiti
3- 70 KD for ( changing the name)
4- 5 KD for stamp.

Change Telephone Number Service
Service description:
This service is provide to subscriber because of some special problem
with the telephone after placing the previous number under telephone
observation for ten days.
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Copy of deed of release.
3- Name change request letter signed by the concerned person.
Procedures:
1- Go to telephone section of the subscriber.
2- Submitting the required documents.
3- Enactment of telephone observation for ten days.
4- Report of telephone often passing the period observation them
change the names.
5- Payment of fees at the registers.
6- Change number.

30 D Subscription deference.

Suspension of Telephone Service
Service description:
It is service to suspension in case they move from one area to another or
if a resident who leaves the country indefinitely they ask for suspension
the telephone service.
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Copy of deed of release.
3- Copy of commercial signature ratification license for stones.
4- Copy of lease contract for flats and commercial stores and civil ID
number for the commercial stones.
Procedures:
1- Go to telephone section of the subscriber.
2- Submitting the required documents.
3- Fill service suspension form.
4- Pay fees.
5- Suspension of service number.

Service description:
It is service where damages and complains are reported by subscribers
installing new line relocating lines and repairing damages inside
telephone section.

inspection and complains employee to find the causes of damage.

There are no fees.

Telephone Maintenance Service
(Maintenance and Installations)
Service description:
It is service for telephone related damages, new telephone lines
installations and relocations.

There are no documents required.
Procedures:
There are three cases.
1- New line installations.
2- Relocations of telephone line.
3- Damages main lenience.
Fees:
There are no fees.

Exchange Sorting
Service description:
It is service provided to citizens after exchange sorting and providing
telephone service for each exchange.
Required documents:
1- Copy of civil ID.
2- Copy of deed of release.
3- Copy of commercial signature ratification license for stones.
4- Copy of house deed.
5- A letter addressed to the ministry from the municipality.
