MINIMUM LOVABLE PRODUCT

The MVP might validate that people like cake, but it won’t get people talking. The MLP should validate that people love your cake, will come back for more and tell their friends.

And you’ve still started small.

Focus on the Purpose

MINIMUM LOVABLE PRODUCT

Why are you building this product? Too often people focus solely on the solution they’re building without really considering why they’re doing it.

MINIMUM LOVABLE PRODUCT

2.1

- we discuss about the new concept/idea - we find the easiest way to realize it - we get very excited about it - we start adding features - we keep adding features - the concept and its realization get complex - the concept gets very complex - the concept gets too complex - we look in each others eyes - we destroy everything - we get back to the first, easy and immediate implementation - we are very satisfied

Creative process be like:

Destruction means Creation.

Intuitions are great. Numbers are better.

Page 17: Minimum Viable Product & Landing Page

RULE

Build something users love. It’s better to build a product that few users love rather than one that a lot of people like.

EASY TOOLS TO CREATE A LANDING PAGE

Page 22: Minimum Viable Product & Landing Page

22

FOCUS ON LEARNING

Anything can be your Minimum Viable Product, so long as you’re truly focused on validated learning.

Page 23: Minimum Viable Product & Landing Page

23

FOCUS ON LEARNING

Keep it minimal, but try to understand something from users: the aim of this two-page MVP was to check whether people would even consider using the app.

1. Create page with short explanation of your product 2. Insert buttons that you’re going to measure 3. Spread the link and monitor results

3 STEPS

Page 24: Minimum Viable Product & Landing Page

24

LEARN MORE

So we had validated that people probably wanted the product. The next thing to validate was whether people were comfortable with paying for such a product.

This was as simple as adding a page in between the two which showed pricing.

GET IN TOUCH

Once you proved your concept, it’s time to build a first working version of the product.

As you get ready, start creating a dialogue with your potential future customers, they might be your first revenues (no need to say that’s 🔑)
