Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd is a South Korean multinational

electronics company headquartered in Suwon, South Korea. It is the

flagship subsidiary of the Samsung Group and has been the

world's-largest IT company by revenues since 2009. Samsung

Electronics has assembly plants and sales networks in 61 countriesand employs around 221,000 people.

Samsung Electronics is the world's largest mobile phone maker and

world's second-largest semiconductor chip maker (after Intel

Corporation). It has been the world's largest television manufacturer

since 2006 and the world's largest maker of LCD panels for eightconsecutive years. It has the largest market share worldwide in

memory chips. With the introduction of the Samsung Galaxy S

mobile phone, the company's smartphone lineup was first place in

terms of global sales figures for 2011

Competitors

In laptop industry, Samsung laptop is a newcomer. Samsung have

competitors like ASUS , HP , ACER , TOSHIBA, DELL, and of

course, Samsung eternal competitor, MacBook from Apple.

We already asked five correspondents to answer our questions. The

questions are :

1. Do you know about Samsung`s laptop ? How far you aware this

product ?2. Do you like this product ? Do you know about the benefit ?

3. How about the price ? Is it worth to buy ?

4. Is it easy to find this product ? Did you ever saw this product in

market ?

1. I know but just only know, I didn't know further about that product

2. I just only know the name, so , I can't give you an answer for this

question. If you ask me like or not, what can I say is not really.

3. If you said that , maybe in the huge name of Samsung, I thinkquality will following. So I will take it, because quality is the number

one.

4. Finding this product is little hard, you can only found it in special

counter. Finding this product is more harder than finding other

brand like Acer, HP, Axioo etc.

1. I know that product , but only know the name

2. I don't know about that, but when you give me information about

that product. It is worth to buy.3. If you give me option like that ,I will choose Samsung, because you

know, Samsung is a big company. Quality is there.

out in Matahari last week.

1. I know, Samsung ever published that. But in the name of

Samsung, not really famous in laptop production.

2. Maybe Samsung's product is less famous than other brand, theydoesn't rule the market or not yet in my humble opinion.

3. In price, Samsung is below than apple and other brands like ASUS

and HP in same specification.

4. Samsung`s product is more harder to find than any brands.

1. I know that product, but only know. If you ask me another question

about this maybe I can't give a best answer. LOL

2. I not aware of this product and I don't know about this product

further.

3. Because Samsung is new player in laptop market, I will choose the

other brand like HP and Acer if there is in the same price and same

specification .

Conclusion

From five opinions that we have from our mini research, we can

conclude that Samsung is a newcomer in this business, out of the

huge name of Samsung. People needs the sure factor. Toshiba,

Macbook already have that sure factor. Everyone know the quality

of that both products. But, with Samsung entering this field, it willmake the competition more harder. Samsung bring the innovation in

design , shape and features. Let the consumer choose the product

which suitable with him/her.
