1. SCPH Media Plan Presentation (See Enclosure.) — In an effort to improve SCPH name recognitionand community awareness ofpublic health services by increasing the number of radio/televisionappearances, social media posts and newspaper/newsletter articles by at least 50% by December31,2018. The target audience will be the general public. Topics will have general appeal to all ages,genders and classes.

2. Motion by Ms. Clark, seconded by Ms. Billow, to support the All Staff Meeting in an amountnot to exceed $5,000.00 (2018 All Staffscheduledfor Friday, December 14, 2018 at Guy’s PartyCenter, Akron.)
