Milwaukee Community Resources for the Prevention of Opioid-Related Overdose and Opioid Use Disorder This inventory is the result of a voluntary survey that was shared throughout the Milwaukee area. It is intended to be a living document that will be modified on a regular basis as new resources are identified. The purpose of this inventory is to identify organizations working in this field, outline the specific activities, services, and foci of these organizations, and provide a guide to foster cross-sector collaboration. If you would like to include your organization in this inventory, please complete the survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/mkeopioidprevention. Each organization is listed in alphabetical order, however, to facilitate identification of agencies we have a standardized list of service categories that can be used as a search term. Further, wherever possible, we have provided a community contact, to assist individuals with obtaining their services, and a collaborator contact, to assist organizations who want to develop collaborative initiatives.
