Adventure

Once upon a time in the village of Ballston Spa, there lived a curious little Scottie dog named Milton.Milton loved to learn. Everywhere he went he asked questions: How much…? When will..? Why does..? Where is…? He was a voracious learner, in constant search of knowledge. Sniffing out information at every turn, every bush, even every hydrant, he….

lived with the students at Milton Terrace Primary School. One day he was especially excited because they were going on a field

trip to his favorite place….

“Everyone get a partner”, said the teacher.“Today everyone needs to find a partner that is about the same height and weight.” “Okey dokey!”said the children.

The kids scurried around and quickly found partners. Poor Milton looked around for someone just like him to go with. But, alas, there was no one left for Milton. “Maybe I can find someone at the zoo!”pondered the little Scottie dog.

Milton got on the bus carrying his most marvelous mathematics journal that he carried everywhere to record important data in.

At the zoo, the class was scanned by zoo security. It was so cool. The scanner showed everyone’s height and weight. The kids loved it ! The teachers moaned. Milton jotted all this data down in his most magical mathematics journal. Certainly it would help him to find a partner for the day.

Cool!Cool!

I wish I had started that diet sooner!

“Hot dog or should we say Scott dog!Now we know what we’re looking for !

Let’s check out the animals at the zoo to find

Around the corner past the giraffe and the flamingo came the most beautiful little Scottie dog that Milton had ever seen. He was smitten.

“Hi “,she barked, “My name is Millie. What’s yours?”

Milton could hardly speak. “Wooooof, I’m Milton.”
