For this service Millennium will receive 15 percent commission to be deducted from the sale of the priced item(s). Upon sale of an item(s), Millennium will ship the item on the Vendor’s behalf and forward Vendor payment, minus its 15 percent commission. To the best of the Vendor’s knowledge the item(s) at the time of delivery to Millennium is of fair value and in working condition.
