Millennium Foundation Kosovo is the legal entity established by the power of the
Threshold Agreement signed and ratified in 2017, between Kosovo and US
governments.
The Board of Directors consist of seven members: 4 ex officio members of Kosovo
institutions; 2 representatives of civil society and 1 representative of private sector.
It has total of 20 staff and will be headquartered in the old OSCE building, Ljubljana
Bank at Luan Haradinaj Street.

Labor Force and Time Use Survey
Motivation
The Labor Force and Time Use Survey (LFTUS) was designed to answer several research questionsconcerning:
1. labor force participation2. job seeking behavior3. time use4. household decision-making,5. discriminatory workplace practices6. barriers to entrepreneurship.
Given the centrality of labor force participation, the research was designed to examine therelationships between this indicator and field of study, gender norms, and remittances.
