The Military Student Transition Consultant (MSTC) project is a pilot program provided by the Army through a contract with the Military Child Education Coalition ®(MCEC®).
The MSTC partners with the Copperas Cove ISD and the Fort Hood School Liaison Officers (SLO) to assist in transitions and orientation of Military families and students into the CCISD schools. Families and students are provided with educational opportunities and information necessary to achieve academic success.
Through this collaborative effort Military families, school staff and students are provided access to information regarding organizations and resources which support the education transition experience.
