• This case does represent the authentic voice of the customer and in an unambiguous way and sets out what best in Europe means for the end customer.
• We are issuing a RFI to BT, Virgin and other interested vendors requesting costs and commitments /confirmation of offers. Data book available.
• We are requesting trial status from BDUK/GLA UBF to test their incentive options at this site.
• We are requesting DCMS policy and Ofcom to support and test The Building Operator model as a means to accelerate investment and competition in local fibre access networks.
• The above will be conducted in the form of 30 day public consultation, where all the materials will be available for others to build upon and learn .
