This action seeks to recover damages for injuries sustained by the Plaintiffs as a direct and proximate result of the intentional and tortious conduct of the Defendants in connection with the failure to take effective action to protect Anderson and/or inform Anderson of the true risks associated with concussions, brain injury, and brain trauma resulting from participation in college football.
