• an online class is just as a face-to-face lesson.

• you can use all the same material.

• teaching online: providing online interactive exercise forms or asynchronous assignments.

• the human brain is created for relationship- to be social.

• for the brain to function holistically it needs to work in a safe and trusting environment,

with low levels of stress and with the use of creativity.
