Already we have welcomed a Hindu speaker to school this week and look forward to hearing from a Jewish visitor in Collective Worship in a few weeks’ time. Our older children have loved exploring Norwich Cathedral too. As thoughts turn to Remembrance in the coming days may I thank you for your support. We shall also be supporting Children in Need in the build up to 15 th November. With the colder weather and darker days upon us, please do be vigilant and take care on paths around school. We are continuing to explore solutions to some uneven paths raised by roots without having to lose our gorgeous trees. Should we have severe weather in the coming months please listen to local radio stations and consult http://schoolclosures.suffolk.gov.uk for updated information. It won’t be long before Christmas will be in the forefront of our minds and we look forward to sharing further information with you soon about arrangements for our end of term plays. Yours sincerely, Mr I Page Open The Book needs volunteers for storytelling and the making of props for school assemblies hosted by our local church community. Your child will be able to tell you about Open The Book, or if you would like to know more, please contact Peter Hobbs on 07890266479 or [email protected] From Monday 11 th November, we will be selling Pudsey merchandise to raise funds for Children in Need. We are also asking the children to come to school wearing spots/stripes/colourful clothes on Friday 15 th November, making a suggested donation of 50p per child towards this worthwhile cause. Thank you for your support. Thank you to the children and staff who have given up their break times this week to sell poppies and other merchandise in aid of Remembrance Day. Thank you to all parents for your support.
