Key Findings With the Physician Outreach Initiative

5. This initiative has resulted in increased interdisciplinary awareness among service providers and health professionals within the London and Middlesex Community.

6. Because the services offered by MLHU are constantly changing, it is important to maintain an ongoing, current means of communication with the physician practices to keep them up to date on the various MLHU programs and resources.

Key Findings With the Physician Outreach Initiative
