Events:
1. Pass the Hula Hoop
The game: The students holding their hands. A hula hoop should be placed around a set of clasped
hands. From this point, students must pass the hoop around the line without unclasping hands. They
can push their body through the hoop and also pass it over their heads. When the hoop reaches the
last person on line, that person runs forward and restarts from the beginning. The winner is the team
that brings the first 6 players successfully to the front of the line (12 min).

relay under the Group B column.

2. Relay Lock Race
The game: Each person selects a partner. They
stand back to back and lock the arms by the elbows
while holding their own stomach with their hands. The students must cover together a distance (from
one side of the field to the other). Don’t give them specific instructions on how to get to the finish line
other than they can’t let go of their stomachs. This causes creativity and laughter.
The winner is the team which has all players successfully completing the relay and seating down
behind each other in a straight line (12 min).

4. Hula Hoop Relay Race
The game: Teams separate their players into pairs.
Each team gets a hula hoop. The first pair from each
team put the hula hoop around both of their waist
and run all the way up to and around the cone and
back. The players support the hula hoop around their
waist without the use of their hands. The hoop can
never touch the ground. Players must stand in place
for five seconds if they let their hoop touch the ground. Players run back, remove their hoop and place
it over the head of their teammate where they repeat the same until the last pair crosses the finish line
and seats at the end of his/hers team line. The winner is the team which has all players successfully
completing the relay and seating down behind each other in a straight line (12 min).
