½ cup orange juice¼ cup lime juice¼ cup canola oil4 tbsp. Simple Indulgence Steak and Chop Seasoning BlendZest of one lime

Place all ingredients in Quick Shake® Container. Replace cover, shake well to blend. Place your

choice of chicken breasts, pork tenderloin or

flank steak in the Smart Prep™ System.

Add marinade, seal and flip to coat. Refrigerate

at least 1 hour or longer. Remove meat from

Grill over medium-high heat to desired doneness.

Grilling time depends upon meat.

every 1½–2 minutes until tenderloin reaches
