insert a screenshot into a document• Click the Screenshot button in the

Illustrations group on the Insert tab• A gallery of screenshots of all open

program windows opens• Insert a screenshot then modify it just

like any graphic object

• SmartArt graphics combine shapes with text

• There are eight categories of SmartArt graphics• Select a category, then select a layout

and type text in each of the SmartArt shapes or in the text pane

• Modify a SmartArt graphic by changing fill colors, shape styles, and layouts

Editing Clip Art• A clip art picture is made up of many

separate objects• All of the objects are grouped together

when you insert the clip art picture• Ungroup a clip art to edit its individual

objects• The drawing canvas is an area for

creating or modifying graphics• The Selection and Visibility pane shows

all the objects that make up the clip art picture
