The Care organization team works extensively with
product development and manufacturing & supply
chain teams on repair and returns, reverse supply chain
& development as well as the phone care experience.
Global Supply Chain
The Global Supply Chain builds and executes a supply
chain fully capable of flawlessly delivering perfect,
profitable orders of any product, through any channel,
to any customer in any market worldwide.
Manufacturing
Our Manufacturing Organization ensures a strong
pipeline of high quality manufactured products in order
to meet the growing demands of the retail marketplace.
MSC FunctionsThe Safety, Compliance & Sustainability works with
packaging and hardware teams and Microsoft
Corporate to manage product compliance and safety
functions.
The Strategic Sourcing group is typically first in the
introduction of new products – influencing design,
leading partner engagements, and exploring new
technologies and partner roadmaps.
The NPI Surface, Next gen, Xbox/Surface Hub/Server is
responsible for end to end supply chain performance,
including Product Quality, Product Engineering and all
New Product Launch activities.
Working with the Microsoft Devices Group hardware
development team and the business unit leaders, we
design, launch and maintain the supply chain to meet
their overall financial targets.

organization is responsible for the platform that
enables manufacturing, fulfillment and visibility for all
physical products to customers across Retail, Operator,
B2B,Microsoft Stores and Direct ecommerce. This
organization specializes in bringing business and
technology together delivering innovative supply chain
solutions.
