The Pureair Micro breathing air trailer is a small and convenient long duration breathing system, designed to make small works requiring breathing air simple, safe and efficient. Providing up to 9.7 hours total working duration of breathable air up to the alarm margin gives just under 5 hours of breathing air for 2 users, and the 20 litre emergency cylinder will provide a further 1 hour of air after the alarm for 2 users. Where needed the trailer will feed up to 4 users from a clear control panel featuring 100mm gauges for main and emergency supplies. The trailer construction is designed for harsh industrial environments, with a galvanised steel frame, and clad in powder coated stainless steel panels. Fixings and pipework are all stainless steel. The trailer contains a large stowage area, with 2 x 50 metre hose reels fixed and for up to 4 breathing apparatus sets. Versatility in manoeuvring the trailer is one of its key advantages, being especially narrow with good weight distribution means that one person can push the unit , even on rough terrain. Additionally fork pockets and lifting eyes allow for moving to almost any plant location with ease. Valves and filling ports are conveniently located to the back of the trailer, where also the hoses come out on a roller guide. Featuring the standard control panel fitted to all of the Pureair range, the Micro will automatically switch over from Main to Emergency air supplies and an audible and visual alarm will operate. The unit comes with a calculation chart to aid working out remaining time until alarm. The trailer hitch bar and wheels can be easily removed to make a stackable ‘pod’. Micro Breathing Air Trailer
