Who Are We?
• The MJGA is a non profit organization that targets juniors 13-18 to compete in golf tournaments
• Based out of Michigan, target Midwest (Michigan, Indiana, Illinois)
• Goal is to allow junior golfers to showcase their talents to college coaches, scholarships
History of MJGA
• Founded by Noble, Code, Okuda and Rudorfer
• Vision of bringing a affordable golf tour to the Midwest
• Noble and Code have a solid background in the game
Mission
• As a junior golf association, our main goal is to get our players scholarships in college (golf and academic)
• We want to reach every financial level of families, making the entry fees as affordable as possible
• To become the foremost junior golf tour in the Midwest area
Industry Highlights
• The industry we are entering is unique, and our competition is small but well established
• Will have to develop good relationship with junior golfers and parents
Key Business Areas Analyzed
• The weather will greatly affect our schedule for tournaments, will be two seasons one in the fall and spring
• The makeup of golfers around the areas we are will determine the number of participants
• Socio economic makeup of area/courses (availability of play)

• Our Indiana series:1. June 28-30 @Blackthorn Golf Club, South Bend2. July 4-6 @Elbel Park Golf Course, South Bend3. July 25-27 @Twin Bridges, Danville
• Our Illinois series:1. July 21-23 @Medinah Country Club, Medinah2. August 4-6 @Cog Hill, Lement3. August 11-13 @TPC Deere Run, Silvis
Giveaways
• Each tournament we will give away items to each player for entering. Things will include towels, balls, or in some cases shoes
• Prizes will also be given away for the top-5 placing players in each division

Findings & Outcomes
• For our company to be successful we must work as a team to expand our organization
• The success can be measured by the amount of scholarships given to our players, follow-up
• Donations from key sponsors to cover start up costs

Outlook for the Business
• In 10 years we see the organization growing nationwide to serve players in all states
• For our alumni and players to give back to the community by (donations, time or sharing of their talents)
• To host tournaments at different and better courses each year
