GEOSAF 2 : operational safety and long term safety

▌ Principles

▌ The rules of the game

▌ All members of the group are welcome to express opinions

▌ All opinions are equally addressed in a respectful manner by the group

▌ All members agree with the outcomes of the group and state clearly the divergences of opinion (« agree on disagreements »)

▌ Groups are organized and deliverable oriented

▌ Groups are not left alone in the wild

▌ Objectives

1. Discuss, exchange, criticize, amend, append, question, challenge the draft reportEsp. its relevance and use for various audiences (member states, operators, regulators, TSOs, etc.)

2. Apply the « KISS » method Keep it as simple as you canRaw criticism is okay, but proposed solutions are even betterTry to chase for cases where the document doesn’t correctly addresse a known issue3. Aim for a stable documentFurther developments needed on the key messages ?Additional considerations that should be embedded ?

▌ It’s up to you to opt for an organization

▌ Choose a Moderator in charge of ensuring that everyone’s voice is taken into account

▌ Choose a Rapporteur in charge of building the document which will be presented in plenary session

▌ Be bold and express yourself!
