Michael Saddey was born in Berlin in 1953. From the beginning of his career on he has been taking care of the "perfect sound”. He started his professional way as a musician, playing in different bands, where he was also responsible for the sound reinforcement. In 1977 he finished his career as a musician. Since then, he has been concentrating on the fields of sound technology and design, working for national and international rock and pop bands. During the 80ies he was engaged as production management assistant, e.g. for Frank Zappa, Foreigner and Earth Wind & Fire. In 1984 he moved to Hamburg and from 1985 on he has been working for various musical theatre productions - as Sound Operator and Prduction Sound Engineer. Milestones: Assistant Sound Designer ”Starlight Express” in Tokyo (Yoyogi Stadium), Sydney (Show-Ground) and Bochum (Starlight Express Hall); “Cats” in Amsterdam (Amstel Theater), Helsinki (Kaupungin Theateri) and Hamburg (Operettenhaus). For the recording of the CD-production “Starlight Express” he received the award “Golden Record” for 250.000 sold copies in 1995. Further stations: “Miss Saigon” (Stuttgart), “Joseph” (Essen), “She loves me” (Vienna), “Beauty and the Beast” (Stuttgart and Vienna), “Hunchback” (Berlin). For “Mozart” in Vienna and in Hamburg he worked as Assistant Sound Designer. For productions like "Emil und die Detektive" in Berlin and Hamburg and "Oh what a night" in Hamburg's Operettenhaus he created the sound design and was responsible for the technical realisation as well. From 1991 - 2006, together with a partner, he opened and managed a sound studio in Hamburg for digital and analogue productions. During the years, the studio equipment and technologies were constantly adapted to the latest multi media production standards. His productions included recordings and digital post production of multimedia-projects for exhibitions, trade shows and presentations. In addition he produced CDs for Promotions and TV-Performances - for customers from theatres, but also for singers and bands. The studio was also engaged for postproduction work for video spots or jingles. During this time he produced LPs for Michael Dever Band, Martelli, Random and Wild Horses. Michael Saddey is also specialized in the management of industrial productions. For Volkswagen's auto city in Wolfsburg (theme park) he coordinated the technical and artistic implementation of the media technology. This task he also realised for the exhibition pavilion "Mediaversum" for the company Siemens during the Hanover EXPO 2000. Michael Saddey was born in Berlin in 1953. From the beginning of his career on he has been taking care of the "perfect sound”. He started his professional way as a musician, playing in different bands, where he was also responsible for the sound reinforcement.

In 1977 he finished his career as a musician. Since then, he has been concentrating on the fields of sound technology and design, working for national and international rock and pop bands. Latest industrial productions: sound designs for corporate events (e.g. annual shareholders' meeting for the company Heidelberger Druckmaschinen); the production management for open-air cinema events and the Mondo-club in the Volkswagen plant, produced by VW-Autostadt and MTV. Since November 2002 he has also been responsible for the sound reinforcement of the soccer stadium of FfL Wolfsburg.

In 2004, he moved to Torino to manage the feasibility study of the Olympic Project for the Organising Committee for the XX Olympic Games Torino 2006. As Panasonic Representative and Project Manager, he has been responsible for the audio planning and project for the Panasonic big screens.

2006 – 2008 he was responsible for sound-design, soundsystemdesign and consulting in the name of THE-Services Munich Germany for: Essen – Motorshow, AMI –Leipzig, Autosaloon – Brussels, Motorshow – Madrid and Barcelona, Autosow – Bologna, MMAC – Moskau, Automecanica – Frankfurt, etc.

In 2006, he moved his technical equipment from Hamburg to Torino, where he has build and opened “ LO STUDIO “ with two companions from Torino. The task: the realisation, in Italy, of a highly qualified and professional structure, in a nice and pleasant Italian environment.

2008 he cancelled his company M.S.S.D. Michael Saddey Sound Design in Germany to concentrate completely on the work for “ LO STUDIO “ in Torino.Including some years of studiowork he also formed a band with some friends, it was called “ Signal Flow “ a prog rock band a sort of music he always preferred to play.A part from that he also took care about big and most international industrial productions. In the name of THE-services a media technology company based in Munich, Germany, he was serving for sound-design and multimedia equipment :Tokyo Motorshow, India New Delhi Motorshow, Seoul South Korea Motorshow, Qatar Motorshow, Brussels Autosalon, Fira Barcelona Motorshow, Madrid Autosalon, Automechanika Frankfurt, Leipzig AMI, Essen Motorshow, Techno Classica Essen, and production at the Audifactory plus a lot to come next.
