Monitor voltage (Vmon) shows the condition of ionizer. The monitor voltage can be measured by connecting an external resistor
of 100kΩ as in the monitor voltage test circuit.
If the resistance value is other than 100kΩ, the characteristics of the monitor voltage will be different, so avoid using the
resistance value other than specified.
