    Welcome to the Online Lottery HelpFollow the steps detailed in this user guide to fill and submit the online application

    For ease to fill and submit the Online Lottery Application keep the following

    information ready;1. Applicants to click on the link mentioned as Apply for Lottery and carefully fill the

    online application form.

    2. It is mandatory to fill all the details of* marked fields in the online application.

    3. To ease online application process, keep the following information handy.

    4. As per applicants income, identify the Scheme and the Category to apply for.

    5. The applicants present residential address with postal code.

    6. Date of birth of the applicant.

    7. Details of the applicants bank information, viz. name of the bank name, branch

    name, account number and banks MICR code or banks IFSC code.

    8. Mobile number, residence telephone number, office telephone number, and if

    applicable email address of the applicant.

    9. The average monthly income of applicant and spouse, if earning, during specified

    period in the application form.

    10. P.A.N. number of applicant (PAN No.).

    11. People who would be residing with the applicant, their age, relationship with

    applicant, if working their monthly income.

    12. After filling in the application carefully, click on SUBMIT. Check the details that

    were specified while filling up the form. If the details are correct, click on

    CONFIRM to confirm the application details. Do not forget to print

    the acknowledgement receipt either in English or Marathi language. Of

    all the filled information by the applicant, the receipt will display

    important information e.g. Scheme, Category, and income group, date

    of application, applicants name and date of birth, telephone number,

    address, and bank details.

    13. Applicant should verify the information contained in the printed acknowledgement

    receipt.

    14. Before submitting the acknowledgement receipt to the bank, if the applicant finds

    any mistake in the receipt, he/she can edit online application form in View

    Application.

    15. A TEN digit number shall be displayed in the printed acknowledgement receipt and

    the same can be used for any correspondence with MHADA and further tracking of

    your lottery application.

    Note: Details in some fields can be entered by applicant in Marathi / English. In

    order to aid typing in Marathi an On-Screen Marathi Keyboard will be provided

    next to the field.

    The online application form is displayed in Marathi.

    Step2. Application LanguageIf you wish to fill the online application form in English, click link titled English as displayed

    in the Figure 2 - Select Language. and then click on link Apply For Lottery

    The online application form is displayed in English.

    Step3. Scheme DetailsTo select scheme details, follow the steps detailed below;

    1. Select Scheme Code No., click popup window titled Scheme List opens to

    display list of all schemes included in the current lottery. Select an option and click

    the Ok button. Now that you have selected the scheme, Scheme Name and

    Income Group No. is automatically filled.

    Note: Clicking Cancel results in no selection and the Online Application page gets

    displayed

    2. Select Reservation Category No. Available options are;

    a. SC-Scheduled Caste

    b. ST-Scheduled Tribe

    c. NT-Nomadic Tribe

    d. DT-Denotified Tribe

    e. JR-Journalist

    f. FF-Freedom Fighters

    g. PH-Physically Handicapped

    h. DP-Defence Personnel

    i. EX-Ex-Serviceman

    j. MP/ MLA/MLC-MP

    k. ME-MHADA Employee

    l. SG-State Government Employee

    m. CG-Central Government Employee

    n. AR-Artisto. GP-General Public

    Note: Above options will be available based on whether the selected scheme has

    reservation for the category.

    Step4. Applicant DetailsTo fill in the applicants details, follow the steps detailed below;

    1. Select applicants initials from the Applicant Name (In English)

    2. Enter applicants First Name

    3. Enter applicants Fathers/ Husbands Name

    4. Enter applicants Surname

    5. Select Date of Birth (This DOB must match with PAN cards DOB)

    6. Select applicantsOccupation

    7. Select applicantsMarital Status

    Step6. Bank DetailsTo enter applicants bank details, follow the steps detailed below;

    1. Enter applicants Bank Account No.

    2. Enter MICR No. of Bank.OR

    3. Enter IFSC code of Bank

    Note: Bank Name and Bank Branch Name are automatically gets populated once you enter

    the correct MICR code or correct IFSC code.

    Applicant must enter either MICR code or IFSC code.

    This bank account will be used to refund the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and it is

    necessary that the bank account belongs to the Applicant.

    Step7. Contact DetailsTo enter applicants contact details, follow the steps detailed below;

    1. Enter applicants 10 digit mobile numbers

    2. Enter applicants E-mail Address

    3. Enter applicants Residence Telephone No.

    4. Enter applicants Office Telephone No.

    Note: Enter your 10 digit mobile number to receive an SMS alert.

    Step8. Earnest Money Deposit(EMD) DetailsThe EMD details information is automatically filled based on the scheme category details

    selected.

    Note: Do not enter any values, as these details are automatically filled.

    Step9. Property DetailsProvide details of any house/ flat/ residential plot of land owned or hired purchased or

    acquired on rental basis from MHADA. If you hold membership of a registered or proposed

    Cooperative Housing Society within the jurisdiction of Municipal Corporation of Greater

    Mumbai provide all such details.

    1. Select option Yes to provide all above details.

    2. Select option No if no details are to be provided.

    Step10. Income DetailsProvide your income details.

    1. Average monthly total income of the applicant's family from all the sources during theprevious 12 months(01-04-2012 to 31-03-2013): *

    Step11. Present AccommodationDetailsProvide details of your present accommodation.

    1. Whether rental or on ownership basis, select Rental or Owner

    2. In whose name the tenancy or ownership stands, enter Name

    3. How long has the applicant been staying in Maharashtra, enter Number of years

    4. Whether applicant or his/ her spouse has applied in any other scheme, select an

    option Yes or No

    Step 12. Declaration andVerification CodeYou are step away to complete and submit the online lottery application.

    Read the information displayed carefully.

    1. Select I agree

    2. Enter Place detail

    3. Enter Captcha Code.

    4. Click the Submit button. The online application page is displayed. Check and verify

    the details.

    5. Click the Confirm button. The Online Lottery Application is submitted.

    6. Print Acknowledgement (In English) or Print Acknowledgement (In Marathi)

    Note: For later use of information provided by you, save a PDF format acknowledgement

    slip in English / Marathi. Print a copy of the acknowledgment slip you just saved.

    Follow the steps given below after

    submitting the Online Lottery Application

    in Demand Draft (DD)1. Acknowledgement slip mentions the total amount that should be paid

    along with the application (EMD + Application processing fees).2. Draw up a DD of this amount.3. Mention the DD details (DD number, Date & Drawn on Bank details) on

    the printed copy of acknowledgement slip.4. Affix your photograph on the printed copy of the acknowledgement slip

    and sign the same.5. Submit this completed acknowledgement slip along with the DD to the

    designated bank (Refer to designated bank branch list).6. Collect your copy of the acknowledgement slip from the bank counter and

    ensure that it has a bank stamp on it.Your application is now submitted to MHADA and will be considered for Lottery.

    Visit this website again to check the eligibility of your application and lottery

    results.

    Follow the steps given below after

    submitting the Online Lottery Application

    in Online Payment1. Acknowledgement slip mentions the total amount that should be paid

    along with the application (EMD + Application processing fees).

    2. Affix your photograph on the printed copy of the acknowledgement slipand sign the same and scanned the acknowledgement slip.

    3. Go to View Application >> Enter Application id and Date of Birth.4. Upload scanned copy and make Online Payment via Net banking, Credit or

    Debit card.
