The PressCard Pro® is an industrial lamination unit for paper and plastic substrates, including PVC, polycarbonate, vinyl and synthetic papers. The unique technologies integrated into the unit include individual heating, cooling and pressure control circuits. The PressCard Pro can manufacture plastic cards (ISO CR-80) from 100 up to 850 microns (4mil up to 34 mil), RFID, labels, signage and many other applications, including clear PVC overlay with embedded magnetic stripes.

This compact and industrial hot lamination press is fully automated and operates on a 30 minute cycle.

MGI’s PunchCard Pro® is a stand-alone, hydraulic finishing unit for paper or plastic cards. Eachsheet can be cut into 21 or 24 ISO CR-80 cards (85.5mm x 54mm), with rounded corners anda maximum thickness of 0.85mm/34mil/850 microns.
