Alcatel/Alcatel Lucent• MF Communications supports the Alcatel 4400 system (also known as Alcatel-

Lucent 4400 or OmniPCX Enterprise), a communications platform for medium to large companies. The 4400 system has a flexible architecture for spreading across multiple geographical sites. We also supply parts for the Alcatel 4200 and Alcatel 4300 Systems. The Alcatel 4200 (including 4200e and 4210) is a scalable system and comes complete with a preconfigured server for voice integration, data and internet IP capabilities.

• Alcatel Lucent is a Paris-based global telecoms provider. It supplies fixed, mobile and converged networking hardware, as well as IP technologies, software and services.

• The Alcatel Lucent OmniPCX Enterprise system brings together traditional telephone functions and support for Internet and Multimedia based telephony. A unique application of the OmniPCX system is that Alcatel Lucent’s software is independent from the hardware. It is ideal for the larger sized company.

• The Alcatel Lucent OmniPCX Office is a versatile system that can work whatever the size of the company. This system is scalable, catering for from 6-500 users and can give full IP Capability. The Alcatel Lucent OmniPCX Office offers everything from a basic configuration to a full featured option.

Avaya• MF Communications supplies a wide range of Avaya and Lucent spare parts and telephones.

• Avaya Definity & IP Office Telephones:MF Communications stocks a range of spares and accessories for the Avaya Definity & IP Office systems.

• Avaya Index (Also known as the Lucent Index):We also stock a range of spares and accessories for the Avaya Index and Lucent Index systems. The Meridian Option and CS1000 are scalable IP communications systems suitable for medium to large companies. These systems boast a high level of security for protection of its users and its resilience will ensure that your network remains stable and operational.

• There are two available options of the Nortel CS1000 system - the CS1000E and the CS1000M. Both support IP, digital and analogue phones and employ an open architecture system, which will allow third party integration. Both the CS1000E and the CS1000M sport over 750 telephony features.

Ericsson/Aastra• Ericsson systems make for a popular choice of PABX. The widely used Ericsson

MD110 system is a scalable convergence communication system and can support up to 35,000 users. The flexibility of the MD110 allows for both fixed and mobile telephony, including IP, cordless, digital and analogue telephones. You will find a full range of Ericsson system parts, many already in stock, ready to ship. All come with a one-year warranty.

Mitel• The Mitel SX2000 is a popular choice PBX telephone system, with digitally integrated

communications for switching telephone calls and data connections between terminals and/or computers. The SX2000 can accommodate the layout of most enterprises by way of its flexible configuration. It can support up to 3000 telephones on its own, or more if linked with other PBX systems. MF Communications can supply a full range of hardware to support your Mitel system.

• Do you operate a Mitel telephone system?• MF Communications has been supplying Mitel spare parts and telephones for years. We

Unify/Siemens• At the end of 2010, many of the Siemens Hicom and Hipath systems became “MD” (manufacturer

discontinued). However, MF Communications can still supply critical PBX spares for the older Siemens telephone systems through to the latest Unify phone systems. Siemens Hipath is the world’s best-selling business telephone system, offering high quality, high-speed voice and data communications. Siemens systems are compatible worldwide. We sell system spares for Siemens Hipath 4000, 3300, 3350, 3500, 3550 and 3750 or older models such as Hicom 300 and Hicom 100.

• Siemens Hipath business telephone systems are suitable for a variety of uses requiring anything from two to 500 extensions. They are ideal for companies wanting to invest in a communications platform that will embrace new technologies, such as Voice over IP, whilst continuing to take advantage of traditional telecoms services such as ISDN. The Hipath range also enables connectivity to home workers, branch offices and new (SIP trunk) telephone service providers.

• Siemens PABX systems are compatible worldwide and we currently ship parts and spares for Siemens Hipath 4000, Hipath 3300, Hipath 3350, Hipath 3500, Hipath 3550 and 3750 to over 40 countries. This is in addition to supplying older model spares for systems such as Hicom 300, 300e and 300h and Hicom 100 and 150e Office.
