Mexico, the land of vibrant culture, enigmatic civilization and diverse ethnics is located in the southern part of north America in the western hemisphere. Its official name is United Mexican states.

HOW TO MAKE THIS FOOD?STEP 1

Cook the chopped (or shredded) meat or chicken in a skillet. When it is well cooked, then add the seasoning so this avoids drawing out juices.

Heat the tortillas in the microwave or between slightly dampened dish towels or paper towels in an oven (Don't dry them out.).

Put meat in tortilla first, then add all the raw vegetables like lettuce, tomatoes, and the salsa.

hen add the cheese (or you may like to melt the cheese over the meat in the microwave or such) and sour cream into the soft tortilla shell.

Mexico is wonderful country which have many kind of interesting food and culture.

Tacos are a classic Mexican street food ( simple, quick, delicious, different flavors and we can make with all kind of meat.
