What is facilitation?

Facilitation•Leading processes with a (visible) shared goal •The process of helping/inspiring people to do something, to learn or to find a solution to a problem without dictating how to do

Facilitators•“…are primarily communicators, with a special expertise in group dynamics. They ensure there is at two-way expressive involvement that emphasizes active listening as well as trusting communication among the participants.”
