METHODOLOGY OF SIMULTANEOUS PREPARATION AND DYEING WITH DISPERSIVE COLORS FOR POLYESTER ARTICLES Abstract: The synthetic fibers have been gaining more and more space in the world textile market, for their technological improvement and quality, becoming in some cases more competitive than natural fibers. Being the main chemical fiber produced and globally marketed, polyester basically uses petrochemicals as a raw material, providing a more stable production of this fiber, when compared to natural fibers, due to the climate conditions of the natural need. The processing of the polyester fiber is carried out by physical reaction, being a process with attractive viability of costs, quality and time consumption. Its technological advance provided to this fiber, characteristics that until then had only been obtained in the natural fibers of vegetal origin. The objective of the article is to propose a simultaneous process of preparation and dyeing of polyester with dispersed dyestuffs, which can besides reduce their production costs in the finishing with the reduction of the process time, reduction of the consumption of water and energy in the processing of that product . With a reduction of around 40% in the total time of the dyeing process and an increase in the productive capacity of approximately 66%, the proposal was very interesting for the industrial scale. Keywords: Polyester; Simultaneous dyeing; Disperse dyes.
