EXERCISE THAT I DO DURING A WEEK
During the week I do.....
From 8:30 at 9:00
- I walk from school to “polivalent”. I also go up stairs.
It takes 2 minutes aprox.
EXERCISE THAT I DO DURING A WEEK
During the week I do.....
From 11:00 at 11:30
- I play in the playground with my friends.
It takes 30 minutes.
EXERCISE THAT I DO DURING A WEEK
From 15:00 at 16:30- I have P.E. in the school on Fridays.
During 1 hour and a half.
EXERCISE THAT I DO DURING A WEEK
From 16:30 at 17:30- On Friday I ride a horse.
It takes 1 hour.
EXERCISE THAT I DO DURING A WEEK
On Saturday I walk with my dog.
Some Saturdays and Sundays I go to ride a bike with my brothers and my dad.
