Come to this educational, bridge building exhibit of the Holy Quran by the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community on Saturday, April 20 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Cook Room at the Meriden Public Library. Discover with your neighborhood Ahmadi Muslims what heralded the Golden Age, Renaissance, Enlightenment, and Age of Reason in History. The 1400 year old Scripture, unchanged since its revelation, of the fastest growing faith on earth: Islam. Yet, more than 60% of Americans are unacquainted with its content of remedying societal ills, global guidance towards justice and peace, scientific truths, and precise predictions. It encompasses and honors the Gospels, Torah and Holy Books of other faiths from around the world and it all started with the unlettered orphan known for his righteousness: Muhammad the Messenger of Allah. Learn from peace-loving Muslims who live by 'love for all, hatred for none' and make new friends in the process. Refreshments will be served.
