QHSE Policy

Quality, Occupational health, Safety and Environment policy of VCare Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is the statement of its intentions, principles & commitment in relation to its overall QHSE performance, which provides a frame work for the action and for the setting of QHSE objectives & targets.

Comply with all applicable Occupational, safety, and environmental legislations,

regulations and requirements of the organization Strive to improve continually Quality, Occupational Health, Safety and

Environmental performance. Prevention of pollution due to Dust, Noise and other wastes. Ensure safe operations, and prevent loss of property. Protection of employees, contractual persons and persons living in adjacent areas of

the Sites from foreseeable work hazards. Optimize the use of natural and other resources. Maintain safe and healthy work environment Be always alert and equipped to respond to emergencies and disasters by having an

updated emergency response plan and disaster management plan. Equip employees and contractors with the awareness, information, instructions, and

supervision skills needed for safe working, quality of operation and environmental management.

Identify and maintain the processes needed for effective implementation & continual

improvement of the QHSE Management System. This policy shall apply to all employees of the Company, its contractors and their employees, suppliers, and other interested parties who have a direct / indirect dealing with VCare Engineering Pvt. Ltd. Date : Director

THE IMPORTANT QHSE OBJECTIVES OF ORGANISATION ARE:

Feel good factor creation amongst the organization. To increase the construction volume up to by 100% for financial year

2011-2012. To enhance customer satisfaction through continual improvement in

our service. To Reduce Wastage of Materials by 5% To eliminate accident rates to ZERO and record all Near Miss

VCare Engineering Pvt. Ltd. a company, Vadodara, Gujarat, India based and founded in the year

2005 is one of the India's growing Engineering Company catering to various sectors like Oil &
