2. Intheextraspace,traceandcutoutanothermoundofsnowaboutthesamesizeasthefirstmoundofsnow.

3. Cuttreeandsnowmoundsusingajigsaw.4. Traceandcutaslitthethicknessofyourboardatthecenter,baseofthetree.5. Cutanotherslit,thesamesizeintothecentertopofthesecondmoundofsnow.6. Painttheentiretreeandsnowmoundswiththeoff-whitepaint.7. Usingtheutilityknife,cutshallowv-groovesintothetreebranchesandpullthe

piecesout.(MDFBoardisfairlysoft,soitcanbehandcuteasilywiththeutilityknife.)Thiswillmakethelinesonthebirchtree.

8. (Optional)Usingdarkgreypaint,fillinthecutgrooves.Theycanalsobeleftbare,andtheedgessandeddowntogivedepth.

9. Sandthebranchedgestogiveitmoredimension.10. Fitthetwoboardstogetherperpendicular,throughtheslits.Thiswillactasthebase

tomakethetreestandupright.11. Onthebacksideofthebranches,usehotgluetoattachthewoodbuttonplugsevenly

spacedhorizontally.Thiswillbewheretheornamentshangfrom.12. Hangyourornamentsfromthewoodbuttonplugsusingstringatadesireddistance!
