The results can be viewed as either Incumbent Weighted or Organization Weighted. Incumbent Weighted equally weights each incumbent, which may lead to comparator dominance in the market. To fix this particular scenario please use Organization weighted view, which helps to remove market dominance by one or more competitors.
The tool indicates the competitor market dominance by a single asterisk. A double asterisk indicates a mandatory data masking on account of either market dominance or low number of organizations/incumbents in the market.
Organization weighted statistics better reflect company policies, while incumbent weighted describes the reality of the labor market.

The data is now visible as per Position Class.
By default the view setting will be set to Regression and Organization Weighted. This can be changed anytime with the help of toggle buttons.
Statistics in Actual are counted on every Position Class separately. It is useful for seeing competitiveness of pay against an individual Position Class.Regression takes into account data on all position Classes in the rage it is counted for. It represents a smooth upward trend line of salary growth with Position Class growth. It is useful to set pay bands based on PC/Grades/Levels.Regression allows us to predict the compensation for a PC even if there are missing observations.
