The after sales service is as important as a good quality execution. The team conducts preventive maintenance on the systems installed at regular intervals to ensure smooth operation. The frequency depends on the nature of the project and usage.
The service team is entrusted with the responsibility of preliminary checks during the execution stage, as the responsibility of after sales services lies with them.
The team co -ordinates with the end users at regular intervals to check the working conditions feedback on the response of the service personnel and evolve methods to improve the existing operations service teams are trained on the safety aspects of working.
As far as our manufacturing works, we always takes feedback from our clients to improve our quality and systems, it may our timely delivery, our sales persons approach towards client etc.
