as possible, therefore sometimes we run out of certain products due to business. • Eat outside on the terrace is great, but keep in mind that your food cools down much faster outside. The added distance that the plate has to travel also plays a big part in cooling down the food. For these reasons we kindly recommend to eat inside the restaurant if there is a chilly breeze going across the terrace • If you have a complaint about the food, feel free to tell the waiter / waitress. We will do everything we can to fix it. Though, if the complaint is about a near empty plate, there is nothing we van do. • If you want to move from table, please tell the waiter / waitress that has tallen your order, so an oversight/panic van be avoided. • The kitchen & bar calculates on a normal busy day with an occupancy of about max. 50 tables. Yet Scheveningen sometimes finds extremely busy days, like with fireworks festival, or after a long cold period a summer day at the weekend. On these days, the menu will be changed to reduce the waiting time of your food and drinks to a minimum. We hope for your understanding. • If you order a Glass of tap water charges may be involved. Unfortunately it is not possible to provide this for free. What is free can be read below. Free • Toilet is free for our guests of EscuBelle • On hot days can be found scattered around the patio water jugs from which you can draw a free cup of water. • A glass of water for a pill is always free, which you can get yourself at the bar / cashier corner Internet • EscuBelle offers free internet access via Sowifi, like or check in at the EscuBelle Facebook page and you’re online. Payments • If you pay with cash, then happily pay as much as possible fit. • We do not accept credit cards. Only pin, V-pay and cash. • For groups individual checkout os impossible, there can only be a group / table number to be judged. So one bill per table / group. About the Beach House Did you know that EscuBelle is built each year in early March as a whole and is broken down around late October. Four months in the year, there are no beach bars present on the beach of Scheveningen.
