2017 MEN’S LACROSSE BUCKEYE BATTLE TEAM CAMP FRIDAY, JULY 14 - SUNDAY, JULY 16 2018 - 2021 High School Graduates ENROLLMENT The fee for the Buckeye Battle Team Camp is $450 for overnight campers and $300 for day campers. The camp is open to any and all boys graduating high school in 2018-2021. In order to reserve a place for your team, the coach must contact Travis Crane and at least one player must register in full by June 1, 2017. Teams will be taken on a “first come, first served” basis. Teams must consist of a minimum of 20 players (including a goalie) and may not have more than 25 players. One team coach is included in the cost for each team and each team is required to have a coach present for the duration of the camp. All coaches are required to complete the Buckeye Sports Camps Office background check.Full payment is required at the time of registration. If registering by mail, please make your check payable to The Ohio State University. Any non-scholastic group of 5 or more that wishes to pay with one check for the entire group must do so ahead of time via mail. DISCOUNTS Children of Ohio State University employees are eligible to receive a discounted employee rate at $400 (overnight) or $250 (day) per camper. Proof of employment (i.e., copy of Employee ID or BuckID) and payment must be provided at the time of registration by mail. Discounts are not available through online registration. Athletes will not be permitted to participate without these forms. EQUIPMENT All campers are responsible for bringing their own equipment. Protective equipment is required for this camp. No equipment will be provided to ANY camper. CONFIRMATION Upon processing of each registration, a confirmation notice will be sent by email. A packet of “Important Information for Registered Campers” (including the Parent Consent & Waiver Form and Concussion Information Form) will be posted online at OhioStateBuckeyes.com/camps at least 2 weeks prior to the start of each camp. This packet will not be separately mailed to campers. Please check your email regularly, as this is our primary method of communication with campers and their parents. REFUNDS A refund less a $75 administrative fee (overnight campers) or $25 administrative fee (day campers) will be issued for any cancellation received by at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp. The administrative fee and the 2.5% online processing fee are not refundable for ANY reason. Because we have to guarantee our number of campers in order to prepare for camp, any cancellation received less than 2 weeks prior to the start of the camp will not be eligible for any refund except in the case of injury, illness, or mandatory school event, in which case supporting documentation from a doctor or school is required. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other Ohio State sports camp. A camp fee may not be transferred to any other camper. All cancellation notices must be received by the deadline above and submitted by mail, email, or fax - no phone calls or voicemails. All supporting documentation required for a refund to be approved and processed must be submitted within 10 days after the conclusion of the camp session. It is a great opportunity to play in front of college coaches from Division I, II, and III from all across the country. • The camp is a Round Robin format followed by a 2-day Championship Tournament • Each team will play a minimum of 7 games • All games are played on the nations best athletic facilities including grass, astro-turf and field turf surfaces. • All games will be officiated by certified officials. • The 2016 All-Star game will again be played in the historic Ohio Stadium. Every team will have a minimum of one player in the all-star game. • Guest speakers at the camp have included MLL All Stars, OSU Strength coaches, and college coaches from across the country. • Teaching components that have previously been integrated into camp 1.
