Grow your club to at least 30 members.

Attract younger professionals - they bring an abundance of energy

and new ideas.

Retain current members.

Consider joint ventures with other clubs, organisations, companies

and civil society.

Start a satellite club.

Investigate the potential to merge with another local club.

Clubs need to ensure that meetings, fellowship programs, and

service projects encourage enthusiasm in its members.

Establish new Clubs.

Invest in Interact and Rotaract Clubs.

Promote “The Rotary E Club of Southern Africa D9400” as a flexible

option for members who might consider resigning due to a change

in their circumstances.

►Invite Generation Y to join Rotary.

►Connect Generation Y beyond your Club.

►Connect them with Rotarians who do what they love, or something

related to it. Passion supports passion.

►Assign a Rotary Mentor to Generation Y.

►Get use to it. Generation Y will not always be at your Club.
