AIR BAGS

 *if the front airbag is deployed after colicion, change the following items.*srscm*deployed airbag*Seatbelt pretensioners*front sensors inpacto*Wiring harnesses srs*see if the connection has been spiraling due to heat damage 

ELECTRONICALLY ASSISTED STEERING

Clearance Inspection flywheel.

* Turn the steering wheel so that the front wheel straight ahead and* measure the distance to the steering wheel that can girarce without moving the front wheels.* If the clearance exceeds the standard value, check the column shaft and steering transmissions

Electric rearview mirror

* mount the inner casing of the door front quadrant* Disconnect the electrical door mirror of cable maso* Battery voltage applied to each terminal as shown in the table and make sure the mirror is working properly.

REAR BRAKES WITH ABS

1 .Remove the rear wheel and tire.

2. Remove the sensor fixing bolt of the rear wheel speed (A).

3. Remove the rear seatback.(See Body group - "Seat")

4. Remove the trim of the rear wheel housing.(See Body group - "interior trim")

5. Disconnect the speed sensor on the rear wheel.

6.For installation, follow the reverse order

SMART KEY SYSTEM

The SMART KEY system is a system that allows users to access and operate a vehicle in a very appropriate way. To access the vehicle, it is not necessary nor traditional key or the remote control.The user wears a SMART REMOTE that requires no conscious action by the user (for example, press the RKE). The system is activated SMART KEY pressed a button on the door handle.

Upon activation, the vehicle sends a request to a limited distance. If the SMART REMOTE receives the request, automatically sends a response to the vehicle. Then, the system decides whether to perform a particular action (lock, unlock ...) or remain inactive.

Again, you need a communication between the vehicle and the SMART REMOTE before carrying out any action.

SECURITY FEATURE POWER WINDOWS

when the switch is activated the power window auto up all doors (front, rear), the safety function is activated.

1. Condition of the safety function Upon detecting the strength of 100 N during lifting of the window, the window will decrease.

2. Inversion length of the window (except when holding the automatic raising switch)A. When an obstruction is detected during the 4 mm ~ 250 mm from the top of the door. The window lowered to 300mm reaching the top of the door.

Oil change

1. Drain the engine oil.(a) Remove the oil filler cap.(b) Remove the oil drain plug and drain the oil into a container.2. Change the oil filter.(a) Remove the oil filter.(b)Check and clean the mounting surface of the oil filter.(c)Check the part number of the new oil filter is the same as the old.(d)Apply clean engine oil to the gasket of a new oil filter.(e)Screw lightly oil filter in place, and tighten until the gasket contacts the seat.(f)Apply the torque below.

TABLET AND DISK MAINTENANCE

1. Remove the front wheels and tires.2. Loosen the hose and anchor bolts securing the caliper then remove the front caliper assembly3. Remove the front brake disc screws loosening4. If wear exceeds the limit, replace the disc pads and both the left and right sides of the vehicle.

Checking the brake pad1. Check the pad wear. Measure the thickness of the pad and replace if less than the prescribed value.Thickness of tabletStandard value: 11 mm (0.433 in.)Service Limit: 2.0 mm (0.0787 in.).2. Check for damage to the pad, the back metal and grease contamination.Checking wear of front brake disc1. Place a graduated gauge of about 5mm (0.2 inch) at the outer circumference of the brake disc and disc wear measuring.
