Established in 1949, we are Oregon’s first Multiple Listing Service. WVMLS is a progressive industry innovator, and is continually seeking to provide high quality services to its membership. This directory is intended as a guide to these services.

Advertising
WVMLS works hand-in-hand with Members to help advertise and publicize listings. Through strategies such as syndication to over 40 worldwide websites, hot flyers, videos and other tools, WVMLS helps it's Members to "get the word out." See also: Syndication, Public Search Website, Hot Flyers
Aerial Photos
The Paragon system has sophisticated Map Searching and viewing capabilities. Open up any listing and choose a map view, such as "Bing Map." Aerial is one of the view choices at the top. In addition, let us knw if you want to use an Aerial View as one of your 21 listing pictures! See also: Map Searching
Automatic Notification
With AutoNotify, you put the buyers property needs into the system just once, and Paragon tracks every single listing activity, constantly scanning to see if listings fit your clients’ parameters. If they do, your client is notified according to the instructions you’ve set up in the system. Now includes Client Connect, a custom website environment for your clients. Contact Manager
Paragon MLS includes a very robust Contact Manager that will help you track buyer or seller information. Specifically, Paragon shines at automating tasks you would normally perform over-and-over for your buyers. Correction Button
Let us know with the Correction button if there's something wrong on a listing. The Correction button can be used by any Broker to let us know when something needs updating. (We'll contact the listing broker directly, but corrections remain anonymous.)

Credit Report
WVMLS has contracted with Advanced Reporting to provide low-cost credit reports & background screens. Visit http://www.wvmls.com/credit.asp to get started!
Delivery Service Lockboxes, supplies, library materials, etc., all delivered to your door. Pick-ups too! Call or email today.
E-Fax
E-fax is an easy way to upload documents to your listings. Simply create a cover page with your MLS number on it, add the document you want uploaded, and fax it to us at (877) 401-8637. It doesn't get much easier than that!

Fax Transmission
Fax us your listings, changes, supply orders, etc. Fax transmission speeds processing and saves you time and effort. Fax your listings, change orders, addendums and disclosures – anything you want to be posted to the system. Our fax number is (877) 401-8637.

Foreclosures
When we added a special foreclosures search to wvmls.com, we doubled our site hits in a 12 month period! Be sure to check the box in the “Features” section of your listing for “Foreclosure” to ensure your listing gets featured on the web.

Goomzee Service
Goomzee is an interactive mobile advertising tool that brings brokers, buyers and sellers together through text messaging. Consumers gain instant access to information, share it with others, or reference it later without even skipping a beat. WVMLS provides the access with text "mail boxes" and sign riders to help this innovative product shine.

Government Affairs Coordinator
Supporting events like Realtor Day at the Capital and monitoring local government activity on the behalf of our membership, WVMLS contributes to a special Government Affairs program in cooperation with OAR and our five local REALTOR Associations. Visit http://www.wvmls.com/amanda.asp for more info.
Hit Counters - Paragon
WVMLS offers hit count statistics to help brokers keep track of who's viewing their listings in the Paragon member site. In Paragon, go to your listing(s) in Paragon. Under Available Reports, go to Details, then to “Hit Count Report.” Here you will see both agent and client hits from Paragon.
Hit Counters - Public
WVMLS offers hit count statistics to help brokers keep track of who's viewing their listings on our public website. At wvmls.com, click Member Login. Login with your regular username and password (as in Paragon.) Click “View All My Listings.” This will show you all the hits on the wvmls.com property search site.
Hot Flyers
Want to advertise your listing to the membership with a special mailing? No problem. Our low cost email Hot Flyers program can help. Visit http://www.wvmls.com/members/hotflyers.asp for more info.
Individual Billing
Although membership is extended to licensees through their Designated member, WVMLS takes the burden of monthly billing off the backs of our busy members by offering easy online payment options to individual licensees. We accept nearly every form of currency, from cash to all major credit cards, and with several easy options, like auto-pay for recurring payments, we make keeping your dues up-to-date as pain-free as possible.
In-House Store
Lockboxes, supplies such as listing and change forms, flyer boxes and key-pouches are all at your fingertips. Pay as you go or we'll bill you. Free pickup and delivery too!

Internet Data eXchange (IDX)
We help make our members' websites better by providing access to an easy search engine you can frame into your own webpage. (Internet Data Exchange-IDX-allows each Broker Member in Willamette Valley MLS to display all approved WVMLS active listings on their Broker Owned Website. KimWeb
KimWeb is your access portal to Supra's lockbox and key system. The site allows you to track who's accessing your lockboxes, update your key, send reports to your client, and lots of other services. Visit https://supraweb.suprakim.com/kimweb/login.mvc to login. See also: Lockbox/Key Service
Library
Check out our free lending library of books, tapes and videos, either in person on online. You can even learn the latest computer programs with our training videos.
Linn/Benton Broker Tour
This regular Wednesday tour allows you to get “up close and personal” with newly listed property before you show your clients. Let us know when your Linn/Benton property will be ready for tour! ListHub
We automatically send your listings to Listhub, a major syndicator with member listings going to over 40 worldwide websites, including Realtor.com, Zillow, Google and AOL, WVMLS as well as IDX and RETS transmissions to member sites we make it easy for members to feature their listings and contact info in hundreds of places. Service Description
Lockbox/Key Service
WVMLS is your headquarters for obtaining your key, identification code and keyboxes. It's THE system for providing safe, secure access to listed homes. Every time an agent enters the premises, the instance is recorded into the box, and updated reports are available 24 hours a day. See also: KimWeb
Map Searching
Map searches in Paragon are one of the best ways to find properties! To start, select one of three shape options: radius, rubber band or polygon. Click and release on the map to start a point. Each subsequent click on the map will connect the points together. You can draw up to FOUR shapes on the map for any given search. The "Instant Search" button will show you the available listings within or near to the search area. To refine your criteria further, click “Add to Criteria” instead.
Market Conditions Report
Appraisers have all kinds of special reports they have to complete in their line of work, including the 1004MC required by Freddie Mac. Paragon has a great Market Conditions Report for appraisers that gives you the data you need.

Member Search
Anyone can find member info at www.wvmls.com by clicking "Find a Member." You can also access office rosters through Paragon or the wvmls.com Member Center. See Also: Rosters, Office Search
Message Board
WMVLS sponsors a listing-related message board that is accessible through the Paragon homepage. Click the "Message Board" button and read or post listing-related news.
Millage Rates From the wvmls.com statistics page, you can access a yearly millage rate update for our main service areas. See also: Tax Records
Mobile Access WVMLS offers iPhone / mobile phone access to listings & member data. From your mobile device, visit pda.wvmls.com for access!
Neighborhood 360° Photos
We'll shoot a neighborhood "virtual tour" on any listing in our regular service area. Just let us know, and we'll be happy to make it happen! See also: Virtual Tours

Newsletter
WVMLS publishes news, tips and updates through email, blogs, facebook, and through our Paragon homepage. Make sure your email address is up-to-date with us so you don't miss out!
Non-Profit
WVMLS is non-profit and owned by all the real estate offices that use our services. This means local control and responsiveness to local needs with a focus on keeping costs low for our members (Toll-free numbers, free software upgrades, at-cost supplies, even dues holidays when possible!) Office Search
Anyone can find office info at www.wvmls.com by clicking "Find an Office." You can also access office rosters through Paragon or the wvmls.com Member Center. See also: Rosters, Member Search
Off-site Training
Our trainers will be glad to visit the location of your choice to offer any of our courses to your agents! Just call to schedule a convenient class time and choose from a wide array of topics.
Online Store
Almost anything you can get in-house can be obtained at our online store. Just one more way we work to save your valuable time. Free pickup and delivery too!
Open Houses
Increase your traffic! Open Houses are advertised by entering them in our Paragon system. They are then featured on www.wvmls.com with a special button for "OPEN HOUSE" in the property search section. They are also sent to syndication sites that feature this info.
Paragon
Paragon MLS is the premiere database and user interface system for listing and member maintenance. Our powerful on-line system contains the total active and off-market inventory. It has too many functions to list, including: search, message, prospect, financial and statistical functions. Customizable, fast & efficient; it's on the cutting edge of MLS systems. We work with the vendor to continually refine and added new features to this amazing system.
Paragon Desktop
Want access to Paragon on your laptop in the field? The portable version makes it easy to look up listings and show them to clients, even when you're not close to your internet connection.

Photo Captioning
We all know a picture's worth a thousand words, but sometimes a few extra words can be helpful. Add captions to your photos like "Vaulted Ceilings" or "View from Master" to highlight specific features of your property. Just let us know which listing, which picture, and what you want it to say and we'll make it happen!
Photo Showcase
Paragon offers a photo showcase on listings of 21 photos - and all 21 photos are included when agents send listings to their clients, plus they're sent out to hundreds of websites every day. Make sure you take advantage of this treasure - buyers love visuals!
Photographs
We'll take a free photo of every listing in our regular service area and post it to Paragon. We'll even send you the JPG file by email to use in your marketing pieces. Upload up to 20 additional photos of your choice, free of charge.
Picture Re-sizer
We offer a few free tools for this - so your digital pictures are easier and quicker to upload. Visit http://www.wvmls.com/links.asp to download them.
Polygon Search
The Polygon search allows you to manually draw any shape (up to FOUR shapes) on the map to find listings. To draw an object, after selecting the polygon shape, click and release on the map to start a point. Each subsequent click on the map will connect the points together. There are a maximum of 20 points to use on a map to create the Polygon (note: if you intersect a line at any point while drawing the Polygon your shape will automatically be closed). The "Instant Search" button will show you the available listings within or near to the search area.

Public Search Website
Members don't have to have their own websites to take advantage of our leading edge technology. Clients can do their own searches on our public website and find listings or agents and or Real Estate offices to contact for further assistance.

Realtor.Com
All your listings are automatically advertised on the World Wide Web at Realtor.com, the best known and most widely-used public listing search website. Refer to "Syndication" for info on all the other sites.
RETS
RETS stands for Real Estate Transaction Standard and is one of two ways our members can receive data through IDX. (Internet Data Exchange-IDX-allows each Broker Member in Willamette Valley MLS to display all approved WVMLS active listings on their Broker Owned Website. Reverse Prospecting
Reverse Prospecting is a way to search Paragon to see how many Paragon users have clients whose saved search criteria in contact manager. You can use it to look up any active listing to get an idea of how many Paragon users have clients who are looking for that kind of property. Great for statistical studies, listing presentations and general knowledge. Click Contacts > Reverse Prospecting to display the reverse prospecting screen. Enter the MLS # in the MLS # field, and press Search.
Rosters
WVMLS provides numerous ways to get information on your fellow Members as well as for the public to find an agent or office. See also Member Search, Office Search.
Salem Broker Tour
This regular weekly tour allows you to get “up close and personal” with newly listed property before you show your clients. Powerful statistical reports are available on-line monthly to all members. Talk statistics and “talk” about sales! Firm inventory reports are available on-line anytime.
Statistics for Designated Members
Inside Paragon, there is a cornucopia of statistical information available to Designated WVMLS Members. Simply click "Resources" in the Paragon menu, and visit Statistical Reporting to get Agent and Company Rankings, run Market Reports and much, much more!
Supra See Lockbox/Key Service
Syndication
Hundreds of websites are fed up-to-date, accurate data via WVMLS's listing syndication strategies…all completely free to our members! We feed several sites directly, including Realtor.com and all our members IDX websites, but the real powerhouse of listing syndication is in our partnership with ListHub. Tax Records
You'll find that county tax records are available in several places in our system. In Paragon, use the Tax button for integrated records from our four main counties. From the Member Center at www.wvmls.com, look up tax records for 8 different local counties. From the wvmls.com statistics page, you can access a yearly millage rate update for our main service areas.

Tours/Caravans
Take advantage of local broker tours or caravans. Get “up close and personal” with newly listed property before you show your clients. Search Paragon to set up your own tours, or join in on one of the local pre-arranged tours.
Training
Hands-on lab classes are offered covering divers topics. (Credit hours are often available) Weekly newsletters and training tips are also provided by email, blog, and Paragon's homepage. Online webinars are also offered through WVMLS and our vendors from time to time, watch the calendar for these. Finally, our trainers will be glad to visit the location of your choice to offer any of our courses to your agents! Just call to schedule a convenient class time and choose from an array of topics.
used lockboxes
From time-to-time, WVMLS purchases used lockboxes from other MLS's and sells them at a considerable savings to Members. Be sure to ask next time you are in the market for a lockbox if there are any used boxes available.
Virtual Tours
If a picture's worth a thousand words, what are 360-degree photos of your listing worth? We've got the technology to make it happen. Take your own tours or upload purchased ones to your listings (up to two can be featured!) Check out our Egg cameras or even make Flip Videos for uploading to YouTube. An extensive website of helpful FAQ's, rosters, stats, Palm and PDA support with listings, rosters, and wireless access. With both password protected member resources, and a public-facing listing search tool, the site generates thousands of unique visitors each month. The site had doubled its hits over the last year and just keeps growing!
