TechniSat Digital GmbH has been developing and producing outstanding products in the field of en-tertainment electronics for more than 30 years. The wide range of product they offer includes TVs, digi-tal radios, Smart Home products and other lifestyle electronic equipment. Since 2020, TechniSat has been producing medical facemasks, and facemasks with an FFP2 protection classification in its facilities in Schöneck / Vogtland (Saxony) and Stassfurt (near Magdeburg).

The meltblown non-woven fabric is procured by TechniSat from its sister company TechniForm GmbH, a plastics specialist, which like TechniSat, is part of Techniropa Holding. Techniropa Holding GmbH is 100 % owned by the LEPPER Foundation.

TechniForm GmbH was founded more than 10 years ago and is an innovative plastics company with its own tool-making and design department as well as in-house parts manufacturing, finishing and ro-bot-assisted module assembly.

In 2020, TechniForm invested in production equip-ment for manufacturing meltblown non-woven fabric as an essential filter base for FFP2 masks and medical mouth and nose masks to be able to meet the demand for this basic material during the pan-demic. TechniForm uses German machines for its production made by Reifenhäuser in Troisdorf.

The TechniForm meltblown non-woven fabric is sold and marketed by TechniSat Digital GmbH.

TechniSat relies on meltblown non-woven fabric from TechniForm for its in-house production of breathing protection mask with protection class FFP2 and Type IIR medical facemasks. This guarantees highly-effective filtering (FFP 1-3, medical masks) and makes them comfortable and lightweight to wear.

Can be supplied as a pure meltblown layer or SM (laminate with spun non-woven fabric / on request).

Non-woven fabrics used for filtering water must fulfil certain specific conditions, depending on the application. Parameters such as the flow rate, pore size and separation efficiency can be adapted to suit your needs.

Whether it is meltblown non-woven fabric for making coffee or tea or for use in milk production – food filtration has strict requirements. This non-woven fabric has to meet many criteria and also be of 100 % food grade quality. We guarantee regular strict quality controls.

Cab filters

Meltblown non-woven fabric for use in vacuum cleaner bags must be capable of effectively capturing dust and dirt, yet must have pores fine enough to retain the smallest of particles and to store allergy-generating materials quickly and reliably. We offer various different material combinations for vacuum cleaner bags.

Can be supplied as a pure meltblown non-woven fabric and optionally as a laminate with various different non-woven fabrics.

We supply meltblown non-woven fabric as the raw material for cab filters. You can make cab filters with various different filter classifications from this material, to make sure that less particles, smoke and germs find their way inside.

We offer meltblown non-woven fabric that is ideally suited to the absorption of oil and oily fluids, on account of its high absorption level. High quality and strict monitoring guarantee 100 % reliability for use in workshops, on building sites and in the event of a disaster.

It is available as a pure meltblown non-woven fabric and packed in nets as an option.

When using meltblown non-woven fabric as cleaning cloths, it can, absorb many times its own mass of oil and oily fluids as a result of its special properties. It remains sturdy and resistant to solvents and abrasion.
