Opening a restaurant has been my dream for several years. I absolutely love cooking and every aspect of food. The colors, textures and flavors are all important aspects when deciding to present a particular dish to someone. It would be an amazing accomplishment.

Watching a sunrise is one of my very favorite moments of the day. Being able to watch it rise floating in a hot air balloon over the beautiful landscape God has given us would be the best moment ever.

After learning from Prof. Kathleen Deegan, I have found a way that I can integrate my love for travel with my major/fascination with nutrition. By traveling as a dietitian, I can help others and learn new cultures and customs.

Lake Retba in France. It ’s pink! Apparently it has an extremely high salt content, much like the Dead Sea, so it is very easy to float around easily. Being able to relax and let my worries float away all day in a lake that is my favorite color would be magical.

Running is definitely not my favorite. I know it is good for someone, that’s the reason it would be a major accomplishment for me to push through something I don’t always enjoy. However a half marathon may be all I can handle.
