SCHEDULED TO OPEN IN SUMMER 2016 on one of America’s highest-rated beaches, The Henderson is located on nearly two miles of white powdery sand and emerald-green water in Destin, Florida. BEACH The Henderson features a private beach. To the west is the Nature Preserve, which boasts an additional 1.3 miles of private, unspoiled beach. The emerald waters and white sand beach are a magnificent atmosphere. And, when the sun sets into the Gulf the backdrop is simply majestic.

BEACHSIDE WEST GREEN This event site boasts the most magnificent view of the Emerald Coast’s picturesque sunsets. Our manicured green is bordered by the Preserve, kisses the white sand shoreline and includes a small covered deck. Accommodates 100-150 guests.

BEACHSIDE EAST GREEN This event lawn offers a view of the Emerald Coast as far as the eye can see. Accommodates 100-150 guests.

ROOFTOP TERRACE Host a mixer, private dinner or meeting on the 2,200 square foot rooftop with the best view of the Gulf. It is an open air space, partially covered. Accommodates 190 guests.

GRAND LAWN A lush green lawn with walking paths adjacent to the Preserve. This space is ideal for receptions and features a spiral stone staircase — a perfect gathering place for guests to enjoy cocktails. Accommodates 500+ guests.

POOL DECK A spacious location and perfect for a reception or dinner. This private space allows you to enjoy the company of your guests under the stars. Accommodates maximum of 300 guests.

GRAND BALLROOM The beautifully appointed 5,221 square-foot ballroom is divisible into three sections. It is perfectly suited meetings, dinner and dancing, and is in keeping with the casual sophistication of the Resort’s design and setting. Accommodates maximum of 520 guests (theater style).

JUNIOR BALLROOM Divisible by two, this flexible but elegant meeting space is perfect for smaller groups or breakout sessions. Accommodates maximum of 110 guests (theater style).

GRAND LOBBY With sweeping views of the Preserve and the Gulf of Mexico, this spectacular welcoming space encapsulates the stunning arrival experience of The Henderson. Please inquire about capacities.

PRIVATE ROOMS The Henderson features a variety of smaller, private rooms, several of which have dedicated foyers and patios, making them perfect for intimate receptions, welcome receptions and meetings. Please inquire about capacities.
